i have no clue. II saw it on an analog TV. Given the 60s, I figure late 60s the plot is a girl and guy live together. they start as strangers and they live together for a year (not a month). At the end they split up and a new guys moves into the apartment. All I recall is I think the male character's name was Charlie. I dont have enough data points to find the title- sorry.
