I think our brains have to be different; larger, faster, with a bit of adhd/add or whatever that made up thing is called. We need our enhanced, faster, larger brains in order to accommodate the "larger" Alien soul.
They, the aliens aka us, can't just reincarnate in anyone at will. The host human has to be biologically and physically capable of sustaining and hosting the more powerful and advanced alien soul consciousness.
