Agreed. But whatever additional authorities are required will be given. It does beg the question - what must be in place prior to those authorities being granted? My guess is that after the election all sorts of unknowns become knowns. I'm thinking that the Q drop re: riots that will be quickly shut down are wrapped up in there as 'crowd control' actions as well so it isn't just necessarily the caravan.
