Anon: unless you have considerable experience working with Greek uncial manuscripts from the period, you’re on a hiding to nothing. I would advise leaving that to trained scholars. The complexities of orthography etc will drive you to distraction, even if you have a solid grounding in the Greek of the period.

This manuscript was published in a critical edition in Volume 26 of Patrologia Orientalis. I don’t have a scan of that particular volume and can’t find one online. Even a critical edition can be taxing to non-specialists, however.

The link below might be the best solution for you. Fr. Ephrem Lash prepared an English translation based on Dom. Charles Mercier’s critical edition of the Vatican 2282 manuscript. Fr. Lash was a monk in the Orthodox Church and an expert in liturgies, Greek, and Syriac.

I’m an Orthodox Christian and have a fair background in ancient liturgics, but I’m close to exhausting my expertise! Fr Lash is a considerably more reliable guide.

May you be greatly blessed in reading these great prayers from the earliest period of Christianity.
