Joe Donnelly (IN) put Imran Awan's elderly father on his payroll as his IT guy as part of this fraud, giving him access to all his data. Donnelly refused to say why. The father knew nothing of computers & made a living casting spells as a "faith healer."

Sinema and Lujan Grisham knew of problems with Imran Awan long before police did, and didn't tell anyone, just quietly fired him. They could have stopped it before damage was done, but didn't care about hacking, or were afraid of what the investigation would reveal.
