We need to make this happen:

• Election Day should be a federal holiday with in-person voting, photo ID, paper ballots, and blue/purple finger dye.

• Voter registration should be purged annually and re-registration (like your car's license plate) required. Registration should close 2 weeks prior to any election.

• No early voting. Everyone votes on election day. With Election Day as a federal holiday, the polls should be open for 24 hours opening and closing at midnight. As a federal holiday, most businesses would close anyway.

• Paper ballots should be fill in the circle, feed into scanner by the voter which immediately validates it. Then paper ballot sealed and inserted into ballot box with the voter's finger dyed immediately.

• Absentee ballots should be unmarked and brought to any local election office in-person if inside the US and the process certified as above. Outside the US, should be done at US Embassy/consulate, US military post, or similar gov't agency that can preserve the integrity of the ballot.

• If it takes a week or so to count the votes, so be it. The integrity of the vote is more important than speed.

Adam Schiff Vows to ‘Renew’ Russia Probe if Dems Flip the House

Leaker, liar and ranking member of the House Intel Committee, Adam Schiff (D-CA) said it would be his top priority to renew the Russia probe if the Democrats win the midterms.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi also threatened to use subpoena power as a negotiating tool if the Dems flip the House.

This morning, when the voting polls opened at the Queen Creek Library in the heavily Republican-leaning southeast valley of Maricopa County in AZ, voters were met with some surprising news— the only two printers designated for printing their ballots were both broken.

Jake Hoffman, the local Republican Party chairman, was notified by a voter, that between 150-200 voters were asked to write their names on a piece of scratch paper, along with their cell phone numbers, and wait for a text message or call that would inform them of when the ballot printers were functioning, so they could come back again to vote.

According to at least one voter, the voters were NOT being told of another location they could go to vote.

In addition to the issues with the only two printers available at the Queen Creek Library location, this morning, a half hour after the polls had already opened, Fontes tweeted a message to voters in the Gila Precinct, to let them know that they need to vote at another location, “due to building access issues”.

They just found out about this on the morning of the election?

‘Grim Irony’: Saudi Strikes Use British Intel to Destroy UK Aid Facilities in Yemen

British-backed Saudi bombing destroyed Oxfam facilities in Yemen, said the United Kingdom charity. The information about the destruction of facilities of the humanitarian organization emerged during last week’s parliamentary debates in the House of Commons where U.K. ministries were evaluating the impact of the country’s arms sale to Riyadh.

A vital cholera treatment center in Abs, in the Hajjah province, was hit in June in airstrikes which are supported by British intelligence, according to British news outlet Independent.

The location of the treatment facility was notified 12 times. In April, coalition air raids damaged an Oxfam supported water supply system that provided water for 6,000 people.

“On the one hand, British aid is a vital lifeline, on the other, British bombs are helping to fuel an ongoing war that is leading to countless lives being lost each week to fighting, disease, and hunger,” said Oxfam’s head of advocacy, Toni Pearce.

“The UK continues to sell arms to Saudi Arabia, whose coalition bombing campaign in Yemen has cut off vital food supplies, destroyed hospitals, and homes, and hit aid programmes funded by British taxpayers.”

The U.K. has sold an estimate of US$5 billion worth of arms to Saudi Arabia since its proxy war in Yemen to oust the Iran-backed Houthi rebels in 2015.

The U.K. government has recently come under pressure to halt arms sale to Riyadh, especially after the murder of dissident Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi by the kingdom. Germany and Switzerland already took the step.

U.K. government previously said that its intelligence support and training of the Saudi led-forces aims to help reduce civilian casualties but the latest report by Yemen Data Project showed that 48 percent of all known airstrikes had hit unarmed civilians and non-military targets.

The Saudi-led war in Yemen is witnessing worst famine as civilian casualties increase each passing day.

Britain’s Labour party had strongly called for a halt on arms sale. Emily Thornberry, the shadow secretary of state for foreign and Commonwealth affairs, from Labour party, wrote an article on Oct. 13 for The Guardian criticizing the government’s inaction against the Saudi kingdom despite concrete evidence of its crimes domestically and abroad.

“And yet this government apparently urges us to forget all of that because Bin Salman has committed himself to allowing women in Saudi Arabia to have the right to drive their own cars. And, more importantly, as far as it is concerned, he will give us a good trade deal after Brexit so we can continue exporting the arms he is using to prosecute his brutal war against the people of Yemen,” she said adding that a Labour government will not show same compromise while dealing with Saudi Arabia.

Lloyd Russell-Moyle, Labour MP for Brighton Kemptown, who sits on the International Development Committee and the Committee on Arms Export Controls, said bombing their own aid was a “grim irony”.

This week Doctors Without Borders said their health facilities have been hit five times by the Saudi-led coalition since the war erupted in 2015, killing 21 patients and staff, and injuring 33 others.

The U.N. secretary-general Antonio Guterres appealed to end the war in Yemen Friday. On Wednesday the United States secretary Mike Pompeo said that the U.S. is urging Saudi Arabia to accept a ceasefire in Yemen and allow the country to rebuild itself.

Firearms training firm sees huge spike in Jewish students taking ‘active shooter’ response classes

A private American company offering “Israeli tactical shooting techniques” says it has been inundated with a surge of calls from Jewish citizens seeking firearms training following last week’s attack at Pittsburgh’s Tree of Life Synagogue.

What are the details?

On Oct. 27, a suspect murdered 11 worshippers and injured several others after entering the synagogue and reportedly yelling, “All Jews must die.”

Following the attack, President Donald Trump suggested that if an armed guard had been present to protect the synagogue, “maybe there would have been nobody killed, except for [the suspect] maybe.”

According to Yonatan Stern, the founder of Cherev Gidon Israeli Tactical Training Academy, many Jewish citizens agree that they need to be able to defend themselves. Stern told France 24 that his firm has received more course sign-up requests from Jews in the days since the mass murder at Tree of Life, than it has in the entire time the academy opened six years ago.

Stern said hundreds of people have called to enroll in courses since the attack.

“There is no question that Jews are under threat in America. Would you say to soldiers on the front line, ‘just lay down your guns and let the enemy kill you?’ No. So Jews need to be armed,” Stern said.

Since the attack in Pittsburgh — which was the deadliest attack on Jews in American history — Stern has designed a course specifically focused on how to respond to an active shooter in a synagogue. Cherev Gidon offers classes in Pennsylvania and Arizona.

Tennessee death row inmates ask for firing squad over lethal injection: suit

Four Tennessee death row inmates are opting for a firing squad rather than lethal injection or the electric chair, The Tennessean reported, citing their lawyers.

The lawsuit followed the Nov. 1 execution of 63-year-old Edmund Zagorski by electric chair. Zagorski was sentenced to death in 1984 for killing two men during an April 1983 drug deal. Tennessee had granted Zagorski’s decision to choose the electric chair after the U.S. Supreme Court denied his appeal.

The four inmates – David Earl Miller, Todd Sutton, Terry Lynn King, and Stephen Michael West – were each convicted and sentenced prior to 1999, Nashville's WKRN reported.

The inmates’ lawsuit argues that Tennessee’s electric chair "is sure or very likely to inflict a gruesome and torturous death."

“The firing squad significantly reduces a substantial risk of unnecessary and severe pain when compared,” with lethal injections, the suit says.

The suit says the state possesses the necessary resources for carrying out a firing squad. It suggests “Big Buck Shooting Range,” located at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution, because it can “easily accommodate what little equipment is required for an execution by firing squad.”

Should the court rule against death by firing squad, the lawsuit suggests orally administered drugs, as an alternative.

Three states – Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Utah – have authorized firing squads, but use lethal injection as a primary method, according to the Death Penalty Information Center.

Tennessee, like other death penalty states, is legally allowed to carry out executions through "any constitutional method" if a court determines lethal injection or the electric chair is unconstitutional, according to The Tennessean.

Former Precious Metals Trader Pleads Guilty to Commodities Fraud and Spoofing Conspiracy

A former precious metals trader at a United States bank (Bank) pleaded guilty in a proceeding unsealed yesterday to commodities fraud and a spoofing conspiracy in connection with his participation in fraudulent and deceptive trading activity in the precious metals futures contracts markets.

Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney John H. Durham of the District of Connecticut and Assistant Director in Charge William F. Sweeney Jr. of the FBI’s New York Field Office made the announcement.

John Edmonds, 36, of Brooklyn, New York, pleaded guilty under seal on Oct. 9 in the District of Connecticut to an information charging him with one count of commodities fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, commodities fraud, commodities price manipulation and spoofing. Sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 19 before U.S. District Judge Robert N. Chatigny of the District of Connecticut.

“For years, John Edmonds engaged in a sophisticated scheme to manipulate the market for precious metals futures contracts for his own gain by placing orders that were never intended to be executed,” said Assistant Attorney General Benczkowski. “The Criminal Division is committed to prosecuting those who undermine the investing public’s trust in the integrity of our commodities markets through spoofing or any other illegal conduct.”

“This defendant was involved in manipulating the precious metals commodity markets for several years, and I thank the FBI for its diligent investigation of this matter and its commitment to hold accountable those who use technology to their advantage to cheat these markets.” said U.S. Attorney Durham. “The investigation of deceptive trading practices by others involved in this scheme is ongoing.”

"With his guilty plea, Edmonds admitted he intended to introduce materially false and misleading information into the commodities markets,” said FBI Assistant Director in Charge Sweeney. “By conspiring with his trading partners to place spoof orders, he blatantly attempted to profit off of an unfair market that he helped create. The FBI will continue to work with our partners to insure financial markets remain a level playing field for all investors."

As part of his plea, Edmonds admitted that from approximately 2009 through 2015, he conspired with other precious metals traders at the Bank to manipulate the markets for gold, silver, platinum and palladium futures contracts traded on the New York Mercantile Exchange Inc. (NYMEX) and Commodity Exchange Inc. (COMEX), which are commodities exchanges operated by CME Group Inc. Edmonds and his fellow precious metals traders at the Bank routinely placed orders for precious metals futures contracts with the intent to cancel those orders before execution (the Spoof Orders), he admitted. This trading strategy was admittedly intended to inject materially false and misleading liquidity and price information into the precious metals futures contracts markets by placing the Spoof Orders in order to deceive other market participants about the existence of supply and demand. The Spoof Orders were designed to artificially move the price of precious metals futures contracts in a direction that was favorable to Edmonds and his co-conspirators at the Bank, to the detriment of other market participants. In pleading guilty, Edmonds admitted that he learned this deceptive trading strategy from more senior traders at the Bank, and he personally deployed this strategy hundreds of times with the knowledge and consent of his immediate supervisors.

This case is the result of an ongoing investigation by the FBI’s New York Field Office. Trial Attorney Matthew F. Sullivan of the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section and Assistant U.S. Attorney Avi M. Perry of the District of Connecticut are prosecuting the case.

An attorney for President Donald Trump confidant Roger Stone appeared before Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s grand jury on Friday, the lawyer told The Daily Caller News Foundation. Tyler Nixon’s encounter with the FBI and Mueller’s team happened in just a matter of weeks, an indication he said suggests that the probe may be wrapping up. Nixon said he was present during a conversation that Stone had in November 2017 with Randy Credico, the comedian who Stone claims was his backchannel to Julian Assange. An attorney for Roger Stone testified on Friday before the grand jury being used in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election, the lawyer told The Daily Caller News Foundation. FBI agents contacted the President Donald Trump confidant’s attorney, Tyler Nixon, for the first time less than two weeks earlier, seeking an interview about his comments in an Oct. 21 Washington Post article. Nixon was cited in that story saying that he could provide information to Mueller’s grand jury that would back up Stone’s claim that he learned about WikiLeaks’ plans to release information on the Clinton campaign through Randy Credico, a left-wing comedian and radio host.

Stone, 66, told the House Intelligence Committee that Credico was his WikiLeaks contact. Credico has touted his links to Julian Assange and has interviewed the WikiLeaks founder on his radio show, but has denied being Stone’s conduit to WikiLeaks. He told CNN that he testified the same to Mueller’s grand jury on Sept. 7. But in addition to Nixon, another Stone associate, filmmaker David Lugo, told The Post that he had evidence showing that Credico acknowledged being Stone’s backchannel. Credico appears to have contradicted himself at other points. A video flagged by Nixon on his YouTube channel shows Credico at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner on April 28 calling himself “the guy that was the in-between guy between Assange and Roger Stone.” Credico’s attorney, Martin Stolar, declined to comment except to say that “Mr. Credico’s publicly available statements tend to refute these guys.”

Nixon said that two FBI agents showed up at his apartment in Denver just after the Post article appeared. The lawyer, who recently advised Stone on a defamation case, was in Las Vegas at the time and offered to meet with the agents after returning home. But the agents insisted on a prompt interview, and hopped a plane to Las Vegas on Friday, Oct. 26. A week later, Nixon was sitting in front of Mueller’s grand jury to testify about a conversation he witnessed at a dinner at the Harlem Tavern between Stone and Credico in mid-November 2017.

On Oct. 13, 2017, a month before the dinner, Stone had informed the House Intelligence Committee that Credico was his link to WikiLeaks. Nixon said he mostly observed the conversation between Credico and Stone, who have known each other for more than 20 years and have had a tumultuous relationship. “It was clear from the conversation,” Nixon said, that “Stone had not invented this or thrown Credico in this as a decoy.” Nixon said he recalled to the grand jury that Credico was upset that he would be revealed as Stone’s source, partially out of fear of upsetting his liberal friends. “I can’t admit this. I can’t say this,” Nixon recalled Credico saying. Credico was revealed to be Stone’s alleged source in a CNN article published two weeks after the dinner, on Nov. 30. Nixon said Credico suggested he would invoke his Fifth Amendment rights should he be contacted by investigators. When Credico invoked the privilege to avoid appearing before the House Intelligence Committee a month later, on Dec. 13, 2017, Nixon said he was unsurprised.

It identifies “hot spots” for Mexican Criminal and Narco-Violence and reveals that the drug war and cartel infighting has caused severe, nationwide security repercussions. Five Mexican states (Colima, Guerrero, Michoacán, Sinaloa, and Tamaulipas) have such high levels of violence that the U.S. government warns against travel. Well, instead of doing nothing I have decided to actually ring the DOJ hotline given in posts here and report the various happenings.

I am discovering an interesting thing …. I rang the DOJ about the fuckery going on in Jersey City Ward E District 6 and the DOJ took my info down. When I rang the NJ Hotline they didn't want to know and referred me to the Board of Elections. I rang the DOJ back and they took that info down too.

When I asked if it was ok to call about things I am monitoring they said that that was fine and that's what they are there for. So if anyone one else wants to do this too, the more the better.

If anyone see's any fuckery going via twitter or news stories post it here and I will do the rest. I am now going to go through all the posts fior the rest of the day and make calls for every piece of Dem fuckery I can.
