If FVEY knew about the planned kidnap attempt, it is telling that (((they))) didn't warn their guy K. Unless, they didn't want K spilling the beans about who was involved in the botched assassination attempt on MBS in Las Vegas which K clearly had to know about. Maybe they planted one of their guys in the kidnap team who "accidentally" used too much force? And didn't ONE of the team die in a "car accident" the day he returned to Riyadh? Something not right with FVEY knowing about this beforehand. They certainly wouldn't want K interrogated and spilling all.
