Depends on how you define the term "Christian." If you mean the biblical definition as one who has become a new creation in Christ, I doubt it. And I'm basing that on an interview I saw with him where the interviewer asked if he had ever asked God to forgive him and Trump said no, never needed to. IMO, if you don't believe you've sinned, you have no need of a Savior and if you have no need of a Savior, why be a Christian?
However, I've seen Trump moving MUCH closer to a relationship with God. It could be since that interview (don't remember the date) that he has changed his tune on that. Maybe seeing just how evil evil really is has shown him how much he needs God.
But when it comes down to it, only God knows the hearts of another, so I'll leave it to Him on this question. As for me, I pray every day for our POTUS to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Btw, I think he considers himself a Presbyterian, but of the liberal side of that.
