As a licenced A&P I can assure you that we do not maintain sprayers on aircraft. If you peruse enough old footage from WWII you will see checkerboard contrails hanging in the air. It's not a new phenomenon, it's as old as high altitude aviation.

As I stated in some of my posts, there is spraying being done for various reasons. However, my point is that every CONTRAIL that people see is not a chemtrail. 99.99% of contrails are just that, vapor trails from engine combustion.

The reason for this is because 99.9% of jet AC flights are commercial airliners, NOT spraying. Furthermore, not every military, NASA or CIA plane is a spray equipped aircraft.

There are hundreds of thousands of A&P mechanics that maintain commercial and civilian aircraft and it's inconceivable that they would maintain this kind of spray equipment and keep it secret. We do NOT, we are mostly conservative patriots, many are veterans that worked on aircraft in the service.

What people are seeing are almost always contrails. Any combustion engine produces huge amounts of water vapor from combining oxygen 02 in the air and hydrocarbon fuels H2, giving H20. The cold air at high altitude causes this moisture to stay a vapor that is visible like a cloud.

Water vapor only dissipates quickly when the air can hold it; if the air is saturated, near 100% relative humidity, the water remains visible. This is what a cloud is. ALL combustion engines produce water vapor. New aircraft engines are efficient so more vapor and less unburned hydrocarbon.

Different layers of air will have various moisture content and RELATIVE humidity depending on the temperature.

Moly, zinc, and lead are lubricants are lubricants in jet fuel, present as compounds. There is NO aluminum in jet fuel. Aluminum is one of the most common elements in the earth's crust, 8%, So if it is found in ground samples it is totally unsurprising. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aluminium

Aluminum particles in jet fuel would destroy the fuel control system and the engine.

Barium is present in jet fuel at less than .3 ppm, which means for every 3 million lbs of Jet A-1 there is less than 1 pound of barium. Even that adds up, but then we must consider how widely dispersed it is and does it hover in the air to be blown out to sea, or fall to the ground.

Sulfur is naturally occurring in all crude oil, very difficult and not always necessary to entirely remove it from fuels. Since barium is so reactive it almost always occurs compounded with sulfur. The barium present may be the result of left-over sulfur.

The heat of combustion would certainly breakdown the barium sulfate and the result would be barium oxide and sulfur oxides. If the testers are finding barium SALTS and not barium oxide, it's not from burning jet fuel.

The parts per million seem pretty minuscule though. I'll bet most auto gas and diesel has similar PPM.

It is conceivable that after all these years of flying and driving that the tiny amount of barium present could build up enough to be detectable on land. Especially with how sensitive the testing methods have become.

Malicious spraying is not the same as normal aircraft operation. Face it, combustion is a dirty business. Some of these pollutants come from your car, they come from filthy manufacturing and smelting processes in China and India. Some is naturally occurring as mineral deposits.

Interesting that ground testers have not found chromium, copper, nickel etc. that are also present in tiny quantitys in jet fuel. Maybe they did but only were concerned with reporting the barium since it is more toxic.

There is no room for storage tanks and there are no spray nozzles on commercial airliners. Some airlines forgo painting their airplanes and do not hire fat flight attendants because the extra weight causes significant extra fuel expenditure over the millions of miles they fly.

We can't just point at the sky every time you see a contrail and think it's malicious spraying and shout chemtrail. We vilify a whole industry (and those patriots who maintain it) with incomplete knowledge.

I am not a shill, just more scientific than most. I think the idea of every contrail a chemtrail is part of CIA project Mockingbird, a psyop to mock so-called conspiracy theorists and discredit them.

Yes, I know about HAARP. I am an extra class licensed Ham Radio operator and was in Alaska when HAARP was built, I obtained the patent and studied it and understand about bouncing signals off ionized patches in the atmosphere, microwave brain entrainment and modifying the jet-stream.

Can you explain the "Shadow trails" or "Black Trails"?

The first time I've seen them was I was heading in to Fargo in the evening time as the sun was going down in the west. I was coming in from the east from Minneapolis on the interstate.

I happened to notice that the contrail/chemtrail that seemed to be lingering in the air was black.

As I kept watching, I noticed there was a plane following that "Shadow Trail' and putting down a white "contrail" directly over the same trajectory as the "Shadow Trail".

The history of Hamadan Air Base provides a somber irony for Americans associated with Iran and the Middle East.

Following World War II, Presidents Truman and Eisenhower approved a massive development program for Iran. Its military component included efforts to contain the Soviet intrigues in Northwest Iran. To this end, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers established the Tehran Engineer District, which would go on to build military installations designed to block penetration of Soviets to Iran and Iraq oil fields and contiguous warm water ports.

After the Soviets surprised the U.S. with testing of its atomic bomb in August 1949, part of the U.S. response was to build a series of air bases from which to launch B-47s, our first jet bombers capable of carrying atomic weapons. On the southern flank, bases were in Morocco, Libya, Iran and Pakistan. Hamadan was multipurpose. It was a base for Iranian Air Force units, but it could also act as a recovery base for Northern African-based B-47s, whose combat range precluded their ability to reach Soviet targets and return to home base. Thus, Hamadan has three-mile runways, north to south; the strong prevailing winds are west to east.

In 1965, I was an Army engineer captain assigned to the U.S. Military Mission to Iran. Fresh out of Persian language studies at Monterey, California, one of my jobs was to accept civic action schools being built from funds accrued from sales by Iran of food aid provided by the U.S. These schools were being built in border areas, concentrating on nomadic groups such as the Kurds, Balouch, Turkoman, Azeris and Afghans, under the theory that educated nomads tend toward sedentary living with reduced security concerns. One was built in Marivan, a Kurdish village hard up against the Iraqi border. In October 1965, I flew from Tehran, in a de Havilland Otter, to meet with contractors and Tehran Engineer District staff, to turn over the Marivan school for transfer to the government to Iran.

Our pilot, an army engineer involved with topographic mapping of Iran, stopped at Manadan to refuel. With a strong west-to-east wind, and given the Otter’s expansive wing area, he decided he could not use the north-south runways. With the agreement of the Iranian base commander, he had the Otter pulled into a hangar and took off into the wind, using the parking area to gain takeoff. We landed in a harvested wheat field in Marivan. With his villagers, the village chief celebrated this new gift - an elementary school for the children, a first in the region.

Some 50 years later, the roles are reversed. News reports last month indicated Russia was granted use of Hamadan and was using its best aircraft to take the fight to both ISIS and Syrian opponents of President Assad.

Not so fast. Iranian leadership was apparently offended by the powerful Russian public relations efforts over its air force’s use of Hamadan. On Aug. 22, the Iranian foreign minister’s spokesman, Bahram Qassemi, spun the story this way: “Russia made a request to use Iran’s territory to battle against the terrorists in Syria. … They got our temporary permission for that. … The deployment is temporarily finished. … Russia has no airbase in Iran.” (Tehran Times, Aug 24).

Russian-Iranian history is replete with confrontations. From the late 19th century to 1945, Russia had control over much of the northern half of Iran, with the British managing the southern half. Xenophobia is pervasive in Iran. After the glorious history of enlightened leaders such as Cyrus and Darius, Persia decayed too often into a corrupt and fragmented governance. Outsiders are still often viewed with distrust, no matter how much benefit Iran might gain. In the case of Hamadan, Iranian leadership was offended by Russia’s exuberant reporting of its TU-22M3 strategic bombers and Sukhoi SU-34s - a sales pitch by Russia, impinging on Iran’s sovereignty.

By the way, the village of Marivan has grown substantially. Reports about Iran’s nuclear program show it to have important activities in applied nuclear research. I last viewed the Marivan area from the Iraqi side of the border, in 1994. I was escorting U.S. visitors to Penjwen, a Kurdish Iraqi village that is called “the Iraqi Verdun” because of its almost total destruction, a strategic site won and lost many times during that horrific war, 1980-88.

Peter P. Strzok lives in Pinehurst. He was a longtime member of the Army Corps of Engineers. Since 1980, he has worked at village levels in over 13 countries in West Africa."

I am a science fag but also something of a mystic. I can see both sides.

There is an interesting dynamic in a group like this. It's because we assume certain things are true that most people would not even begin to believe. (Or we at least provisionally see them as true, ready to change our thinking if new evidence comes to light.)

But each individual has certain lines that are maybe RED LINES that are hard to cross, because there are things we find hard to accept, just like those we call "normies."

The chem trails have fallen into the category of "maybe" for me. There is a lot of stuff in that category! Not everything that is true can be examined scientifically. (Chem trails, as you note, should be examinable, tho.)

But there is so much stuff going on right now in the world that it's hard to know what's true and what's not. Even here, where there's disinformation. One tries to walk a line between gullibility and rigidity.

Sometimes I think on this board that people just like to speculate, I know I do at times.

In 1983, the Wisconsin State Journal also ran a story on Peter Strzok’s dad. The story says the elder Strzok served 21 years in the Army before retiring. The interaction between the ambassador and the migrants soon ended as the diplomat continued his rounds and the migrants wandered off. It marked just another small ironic wrinkle in the ongoing saga of the caravan.

As more caravan members straggled into Tijuana on Saturday, where they have received a mixed reaction, most joined the more than 2,600 housed at the Benito Juarez sports facility, about a block from the U.S.-Mexico border.

The tall fence, across a busy highway, separates Tijuana from San Diego, but migrants can only see the sky above California. The fence blocks views of the land across the border line.

The Honduran ambassador, as well as a number of Mexican officials, visited the camp on Saturday as an expanding number of international media crews also arrived in Tijuana, keen to tell the story of the migrant caravan, which traveled about 3,000 miles to get here. Journalists lined up for limited access hours in the morning and afternoon, even as President Trump, who focused an unrelenting publicity blitz on the caravan prior to the recent U.S. election, has since stopped talking about it.

Officials in this city of 1.6 million are wondering where to house the expanding ranks of migrants, whose numbers are expected to grow to as many as 10,000 in coming days.

The Tijuana mayor, Juan Manuel Gastelum, has labeled many of the migrants criminals and “bums” and said he was contemplating calling for a referendum on whether the city should accept them. On Sunday, some residents opposed to the migrants’ presence are planning a protest march. There is also talk of a pro-migrant counter-demonstration.

Several migrants sleeping in the gymnasium said they heard rocks landing on the roof of the facility overnight, which they viewed as a hostile act.

But not everyone is hostile to the new arrivals in this border town that has long hosted northbound migrants — and where most residents trace their origins to other parts of Mexico. Residents of Tijuana regularly drove up to the sports facility, donating food and clothing for the migrants.

I have, however, seen some weird stuff in the sky with my own eyes. I've seen trails come from an aircraft traveling at a 90 degree angle and then linger in the sky for over an hour, for example. Now I've never been 100 percent convinced of "chemtrails" as defined by the conspiracy community, but I sure as hell know that whatever is in the sky isn't coming from conventional aircraft or simple contrails.

I think Q and Trump are using this place to troll the deep state into submission. Think about how the cabal must have reacted when Q first dropped the info on Pedosta and Huma and Hillary, and then, as far as we know, nothing happened. Now, as time goes on, and more and more of these "happenings" and threats of major action come and go with, again as far as we know, nothing really happening, it's GOTTA lull them into complacency.

“Our cost estimate that we gave to a lot of people in the Pentagon in September was the cost of a fully-fledged, stand-alone department and also a unified combatant command,” she said at the Defense One Summit. “Whatever is put forward needs to implement the president’s proposal,” she said. “What we put forward was cost estimates to implement a stand-alone department. The president is going to be making some decisions to put forward a proposal in concert with his fiscal year 2020 budget proposal that will go to the Congress in February. The costs will be really based on what are the elements in the model in that proposal.”

For example, Wilson’s estimate assumes that the National Reconnaissance Office will be folded into the new military branch. But a draft proposal of the Pentagon’s Space Force plan, which will be sent to Congress in February, did not include NRO in the Space Force.

Todd Harrison, a defense budget analyst with the Center for Strategic and International Studies, was deeply critical of Wilson’s cost estimate, which he called “an example of malicious compliance.” Next Monday, Harrison is scheduled to release a detailed Space Force cost estimate.

And I do not think these are commercial aircraft, even if the companies running these covertly are using private airports and plane designs. As an artist from the age of 5 who watched the sky, I can absolutely tell you that MOST planes give off regular Contrails on regular designated flight paths at regular times. The Contrails would eventually disappear, leaving me free to photograph the clouds without intrusion of the lines.

However I can also tell you that there was a time when the contrails turned into something that did not disappear, and indeed sometimes turned black, increased in width, and settled near the ground at the end of the day in a yellow haze. These planes flew in stop sign shapes, X shapes, circular shapes in the sky as if going nowhere.

I believe you believe what you are saying is true anon. I believe the operation is covert enough that you simply have never seen what is in this video, and there are hundreds of these.

I suspect those people who are good people like you, are absolutely horrified by what they have to look at when doing maintenance inside these planes, and that is why these many photos have been leaked from many many many different planes over the years.

Governor Brown Signs SB 901, Addressing Wildfire Cost Recovery, But Ignoring Inverse Condemnation Liability

September 24, 2018

On August 31, 2018, the California Legislature passed Senate Bill (“SB”) 901, which addresses a number of wildfire-related items relating to public utilities. Governor Brown signed the Bill into law on September 21, 2018. While the bill introduces a series of new changes, it is particularly noteworthy for what it does not include from Governor Brown’s initial June 2018 proposal for wildfire liability reform. At least for the time being, lawmakers abandoned the most controversial aspect of Governor Brown’s proposal for the bill: modifying California’s strict liability standard applied to utility companies for wildfires. SB 901 as passed by the Legislature does not make any changes to the state’s legal doctrine of inverse condemnation. However, SB 901 does makes several changes relevant to public and investor-owned utilities that are within jurisdiction of the California Public Utilities Commission (“CPUC”).

Addresses cost recovery before the CPUC

New Reasonableness Standard for Recovery of Wildfire Costs – Authorizes the CPUC to use a more detailed reasonableness standard in determining whether an electrical utility will be allowed to recover through rates charged to consumers expenses related to damages stemming from a wildfire caused by the utility’s equipment. Specifically, SB 901 authorizes the CPUC to permit utilities to recover costs associated with wildfires occurring after December 31, 2018 and to consider 12 specified factors to determine whether the expenses are allowed or disallowed. The new reasonableness standard refines and puts a wildfire-specific nuance into the existing generalized CPUC-wide “prudent manager” standard, but only in the context of wildfire costs by electric corporations.

Rules for 2017 Wildfires – Specifies that for applications by an electrical corporation to recover costs and expenses arising from catastrophic wildfires ignited in 2017, the CPUC is required to continue to determine just and reasonableness without specifying the 12 enumerated factors identified for the fires in 2019 and beyond. In the case of the 2017 wildfires, the bill requires the CPUC to consider the electric utility’s financial status and determine the maximum amount the corporation can pay without harming ratepayers, also known as a “financial stress test,” and requires the CPUC to limit the disallowance from the 2017 wildfires to the threshold determined by the stress test.

Financing Via Rate Recovery Bonds – Allows (but does not require) the CPUC to authorize, under specified circumstances, the use of financing to reduce the bill shock associated with damages paid by utilities for wildfires for the amounts borne by ratepayers of the 2017 wildfires or of future fires. Upon a finding that certain wildfire damage costs are just and reasonable, the CPUC may authorize an electrical corporation to issue rate recovery bonds in order to finance such costs over a specified period of time. This financing provision is applicable only to electric corporations and does not cover the cost of fines and penalties.

Increased Penalties – Increases the amount of a penalty that the CPUC can assess for violations of CPUC orders, laws, and decisions from up to $50,000 to up to $100,000 per violation per day. Unlike the above provisions applicable only to electrical corporations, the increased penalties would be applicable to all types of utilities before the CPUC,
