Some arrests should happen in January, before the house launches all their "investigations" into Trump. Not to mention drop existing investigations into FBI/DOJ/CF and who knows what else. If arrests doesn't happen in 2019, they probably won't happen ever.
Something will happen somewhere at sometime. Guaranteed.
