Caravan Organizers Face Stiff Legal Penalties

 

Despite ongoing MSM claims that the migrant caravans arose spontaneously, it is now clear that they are a well-organized effort that seeks to implement the open borders policy of Soros’ Open Society Foundation.

 

The main hands-on organizer of the caravan(s) is Pueblo Sin Fronteras (PSF), a radical left-wing group. Website description:

 

“We are a collective of friends who decided to be in permanent solidarity with displaced peoples. We accompany migrants and refugees in their journey of hope, and together demand our human rights. We provide humanitarian aid and legal advise (sic) to migrants and refugees.”

 

Their dream is to “build solidarity bridges among peoples and turndown border walls imposed by greed.”

But PSF’s legal advice may not be the best, because the organizers themselves are doing something illegal, according to a law fag:

Conspiracy/Aiding or Abetting – Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v) expressly makes it an offense to engage in a conspiracy to commit or aid or abet the commission of the foregoing offenses.

 

Bringing Aliens to the United States – Subsection 1324(a)(2) makes it an offense for any person who – knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has not received prior authorization to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, to bring to or attempts to bring to the United States in any manner whatsoever, such alien, regardless of any official action which may later be taken with respect to such alien.”''

A further look at the US Code reveals that the penalties exacted for EACH ALIEN are stiff, provided that it is “for the purpose of commercial advantage or private financial gain.” This would likely include paid caravan organizers:

 

''* For aiding an illegal alien to enter the country, a person can receive both a fine and up to 10 years in prison.

 

• If someone “places in jeopardy” the life of anyone they are aiding, they can get up to 20 years in jail.

 

• If that person dies, they can actually “be punished by death or imprisoned for a term of years or for life.”''

So what if caravaners go missing? That’s not just a theoretical question. As this week, 100 women and children apparently disappeared from the caravan. No one knows where they are, but Laura Ingraham discussed with guests on her show on Friday (11/16/18) the dire possibility that they have been kidnapped for trafficking purposes.

If this turns out to be true, wouldn’t that mean that the organizers of the caravan are potentially subject to the 20 year penalty for placing the people in their charge “in jeopardy,” particularly if it can be shown that they actively enticed these families to join the caravan with false promises of what they could deliver?
