AI goes retard mode if not maintained regularly. I watched 2 Alexa type bots conversate for days with eachother on a Twitch channel called "SeeBotsChats". They get really weird and have to be restarted or they go on circular looped conversation or gibberish. I'd imagine Twitter bots may be just as dumb.
