In Mexico Dia de Los Murtes (Day of the Dead). In China 哦鬼节 (Hungry Ghost Festival). In Celtic Tradition Samhain (Halloween).

All at the Autumnal equinox when the tilt of the Earth allows a bombardment of protons and electrons into the polar vortices, the atmosphere is charged up. THE SKY IS LIT. Best time of the year to see the Aurora Borealis.

This is where we got the HAARP idea from. We'd fly missiles through the electron/proton field, and the bastards would blow up. Hey what a great idea! "We'll build a natural shield against the Ruskies shooting over the North Pole!" Problem is it would cause earthquakes as the atmosphere was lifted. Oops.

I digress. Sorry.

Each of these cultures (there are others too German, Japanese, Cambodian) say THIS is when the divide between the physical world and spirit world overlap. Those spirits who now are of an electromagnetic form come back to party. Halloween.

Coincidence among diverse cultures? Probably.
