Can anyone figure the odds?

We'd need to know

1) Did he die on Nov. 30. If so, then:

2) How many state funerals there have been.

3) What is the historical Average time from death until a State funeral. (probably most important)

This doesn't take into consideration the fact that [D]ec 5 has been mentioned by Q, and congressional testimonies scheduled on that day. These are human factors that can't be easily quantified, if at all.

My guess: Massive odds, better chance of winning Powerball

For those of you who have no background in statistics or probability, hope this vid from Khan Academy helps. Q has mentioned "standard deviation" before and this helped me somewhat get a grasp of it.

As a side note, Khan has a ton of useful tutorials on everything STEM related, very informative.
