No, tweet from last night was at 9:03 pm and wording was different. This one didn't even come from POTUS, missing blue check.
Tweet is shopped. No blue check and no tweet matching that in POTUS twitter but account name is correct. That is the only possibility.
So if POTUS actually tweets this tonight, it'll be epic. If he doesn't then it'll be like giving shills a dose of steroids and coke.
