Either way, the exact same intended effect is implied here. Looking at the "time" the tweet was made implies "Today at 8:16". If POTUS actually makes this tweet later on today, or any day thereafter, with this exact wording, that makes this a predictive Q proof. It would imply that either Q when POTUS knew, or that POTUS knows of Q and decided to makes another "coincidental" tweet that correlates to a Q drop. In other words, nearly irrefutable proof of Q and POTUS working together.
That's about as straightforward as it gets.

Unless Q has something else planned, then I expect what will be on Hannity tonight is what George Webb revealed in order to piss off Q and Hannity. Webb replied to Q's comments on waiting till Monday by dropping the info that will drop on Hannity tonight. Again; that's unless Q has something else planned.
