Can Donald Trump, as President, just give himself a TV station, a cable channel, with an executive order?

We have lots of NPR, PBS, and CSPAN type things. This one could be called "the President's own propaganda outlet" Or Maga TV. But it's just a way to get the official message out there. I'd like all the media companies to be broken up into pieces, no overlapping directorships. And let the President, whoever it happens to be, have a cable channel. a ton of public TV and public radio and a few Cspans. Have 1 channel that the President is in control of. Doesn't seem unconstitutional to me, doesn't seem expensive to me either.
