Watching the vid a few times, it sure looks like he looks at POTUS and then blanches.

Using this vid, >>4180667 it starts zoomed out and zooms in, but pay attention to where POTUS is on the zoomed out as it zooms in. Jeb's eyes sure seem to be looking at where POTUS is to me.
