Alefantis didn't say it was in the basement of the Comet Pizza building, because there isn't one. He could mean Bucks Fishing and Camping two doors down which DOES have a basement boum-boum room. Or in another building nearby like the one where he has a museum (supposedly) and his mom lives in the upstairs apartment. Or even in his house.

 

Too many stooopid idiotic morons who are unable to USE LOGIC have stuck their nose into Comet Pizza, that they have effectively ASSISTED the criminals in covering it all up.
