hence a real pickle….first and foremost of necessity for any true anon seeking the truth would be a completely transparent list of inner workings and powers held by offices. My logic, while flawed, is what I have to work with and can only be increased with the understanding it is flawed. "Knowing" I know nothing at all allows me to see quite a bit more clearly than most.

Being able to use the flow of the board for predictability in real life events within my own surrounding area is predominant to my goals, as I do not have the means to protect or fortify against the future for others in other areas. These are just examples of what, in my humble opinion, must be accepted by any and all whom come into contact with this board and understand that the events unfolding are of a serious nature in order for them to gain what is necessary to defend against the plans of DS. Patience is PRIORITY!!!!!! Without patience, the spread of urgency among those not far enough into the hole would obliterate them and all others they infect from going deep enough so as to ensure it NEVER happens again. Do anons have patience? Logic? Willingness to see with "other" eyes? Not too many by my count.

 

While I have been here almost since the day of drop one and absolutely LOVE anons enough to feel like I have a home, even taking into consideration the extensive manipulative tactics deployed by the enemies which we fight, the amount of anons whom seek pure undiluted truth are nearly non existent as their true form shows one way or another. Still too many whom would rather argue the superiority of their own logic. Granted, there will NEVER be "civility" on the chans, and that is not of what I speak. "Civility" is but a word, and just like all other words, ambiguity, reliant upon perspective, comes into play.

 

I do not mean to say I don't see progress. Progress has been MASSIVE. But I do see a line in the sand many anons seem to draw and once crossed, no further progress is attempted or gained due to unwillingness based on frustration…understandable, as I myself analyze my own IRL and conclude I too am utterly guilty of these things beyond my own comprehension while the events leading up to my analysis are in play. Perhaps, the wrong question? Even though we have all been taught that the earth is round, even the roundness is not flat. Still trying to figure out how we see the North Star every night in the same exact spot when earth is supposed to be on the other side of the massive sun. And how a plane flies level after takeoff without the nose angled toward earth. And pictures are taken from miles away, yet the horizon is always level.

I'm still on the fence about this, Anon. I'm inclined to believe that the CIA (or strong elements of it) have gone rogue. I can believe an inter-agency rivalry (call it a war if you like). Incoming New York AG Vows to Go After Trump and His Family on State Crimes

 

New York’s incoming Attorney General Letitia James has ambitious plans to go after President Donald Trump for any crimes he may have committed in the Empire State before taking the White House. To that end, James plans a series of investigations into the 45th president, his family and “anyone” connected to Trump.

 

“We will use every area of the law to investigate President Trump and his business transactions and that of his family as well,” James said in a recent interview with NBC News. “We want to investigate anyone in his orbit who has, in fact, violated the law.”

 

The recently-elected attorney general previewed five distinct areas in which she plans to use her office to investigate Trump and those close to him.

 

First, there are various allegations of tax dodging reported by the New York Times in October. Law&Crime singled out some of the alleged illegality in a capsule summary of the Times massive tax exposé:

 

For example, as Donald Trump was about to default on a bond payment in 1990, his father sent a bookkeeper to purchase $3.35 million in casino chips which were then apparently pocketed by the Trump family. This alleged illegal loan, under the laws of New Jersey, resulted in Trump paying a $65,000 fine.

 

In another instance, it appears that millions of dollars worth of unpaid loans (from Fred to Donald) were exchanged for a $15.5 million share in the Trump Palace. Four years later, Fred apparently sold his shares back to his son for $10,000. The Times notes, “Under I.R.S. rules, selling shares worth $15.5 million to your son for $10,000 is tantamount to giving him a $15.49 million taxable gift. Fred Trump reported no such gift.”

 

The second issue James aims to investigate is the matter of Trump and his family businesses receiving more than $1 billion in subsidies from New York City taxpayers over the years. Again, the New York Times:

 

[Trump’s first hotel received] an extraordinary 40-year tax break that has cost New York City $360 million to date in forgiven, or uncollected, taxes, with four years still to run, on a property that cost only $120 million to build in 1980. … Since then, Mr. Trump has reaped at least $885 million in tax breaks, grants and other subsidies for luxury apartments, hotels and office buildings in New York, according to city tax, housing and finance records. The subsidies helped him lower his own costs and sell apartments at higher prices because of their reduced taxes.

 

Third, James plans to continue an ongoing civil lawsuit against–and concomitant investigation into–the Donald J. Trump Foundation begun by her predecessor. Law&Crime’s Aaron Keller reported on this civil action in November:

 

The suit claims the Trumps and “transacted business illegally and abusively” by failing “to operate and manage the Foundation in accordance” with the law, “resulting in the misuse of charitable assets and self-dealing,” according to [a] judge’s recitation of the allegations.

 

Rounding out her top five Trump-oriented priorities, James has also promised parallel state investigations of the June 2016 Trump Tower confab with a Russian and a hard look into whether Trump’s New York business are in violation of the U.S. Constitution’s Emoluments Clause.

 

In service of those final two goals, James is pushing for a revision to New York State’s double jeopardy laws which could allow her office to prosecute Trump-oriented individuals who might be pardoned for their federal crimes–if they also committed such crimes in New York.

 

“I think within the first 100 days this bill will be passed,” James told NBC. “It is a priority because I have concerns with respect to the possibility that this administration might pardon some individuals who might face some criminal charges, but I do not want them to be immune from state charges.”

I am a Trump supporter/voter and want to make America greater and be best.

I see that there is a plan. It is said this plan is a systemic overthrow of the old guard and returning power to the people.

Q being real and working with Trump was obvious to me quite awhile ago. Trump being the only politician that I have ever seen that makes a very strong effort to keep his promises, goes along way in gaining my trust in "the plan".

The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting feedback on their six new polar icebreakers, which are expected to train in Arctic waters as soon as 2023.

 

Commander Kenneth Boda works in the USCG office of cutter forces and is the sponsors’ rep for the heavy polar icebreaker acquisition program. He says the plan is to make at least three of the vessels heavy icebreakers, equipped to travel through the Arctic and Antarctic. That means they have to be Polar Code compliant.

 

“They are going to be the latest technology, current ice-breaking technology, which is really neat, because they are replacing the Polar class vessels, which were built in the mid ‘70s,” Boda said. “We have three key performance parameters for these vessels. We need them to break six feet of ice at three knots, and we want them to break 21 feet of ridged ice. The second is an endurance requirement. We need it to operate between 80 and 90 days without refueling. And the third is interoperability.”

 

Currently, most of the Coast Guard’s icebreaker fleet has exceeded its shelf life. The USCG Cutter Healy, a medium icebreaker, is the only one who hasn’t yet reached 20 years of service.

 

“She was built for a 30-year service life, commissioned and delivered to us in the year 2000,” Boda said. “So, we are looking ahead at doing a mid-life on Healy in the upcoming years to try to extend her life out further.”

 

The Healy is the main Coast Guard vessel that has spent time in Nome’s port and would likely be the icebreaker to respond to emergencies in the Arctic presently, like oil spills. Commander Boda has previous experience with the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and says having a larger Coast Guard presence during those incidents is key.

 

“If you’re looking at a campaign-type response, a response that lasts more than a week, having a mobile platform like this is the way to go,” Boda said. “So, you could see if you had an oil spill that lasted, God forbid, over a month, you would need to be able to get ships up there, you would need to be able to do command and control, have a vessel that can talk to the other ships that are out there, that can direct cleanup operations; those things are important.”

 

The other benefits the Coast Guard lists from having six new polar icebreakers includes year-round search and rescue capabilities in Alaska, increased data gathering and collaboration with researchers in the Arctic, as well as enforcing marine laws related to fishing.

 

When it comes to how these polar icebreakers will affect fish and marine life, that is not yet entirely clear, but the Coast Guard says there won’t be significant impacts to biological resources.

 

“One of the big things that we did for propulsion is we are requiring industry to provide us with two, at least two, podded propulsors,” Boda said. “These podded propulsors actually make the ship extremely maneuverable, and obviously, as these ships get built, we want to get as much feedback as we can from the villages up here, from the communities, and make sure that we are getting you guys something that you need and something that adds value to Alaska.”

 

Commander Boda and USCG hosted public scoping meetings in Kotzebue and Nome last week. They plan to visit Utqiagvik and Anchorage this month, as well. Public comments on the draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for these polar icebreakers are being accepted through June 29th.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Coast Guard Commandant Adm. Karl Schultz is guardedly optimistic his service will get funding for a new Polar Security Cutter in time to start construction in 2019.

 

The Coast Guard – though considered one of the nation’s five armed services – falls under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Congress has not yet approved the Fiscal Year 2019 DHS spending plan.

 

“The real seminal question here is what happens in this Fiscal Year 2019 budget,” Schultz said during a Thursday speech. “The President’s budget request asks for $750 million for the Polar Security Cutter. There are House and Senate versions of the bill.”

 

As Schultz spoke Thursday at the National Press Club and unveiled the Coast Guard’s 2018-2022 strategic plan, Congress passed a short-term continuing resolution that covers the parts of the government not already funded in an earlier appropriations bill. The Department of Defense is included in this previously approved legislation. If signed by President Donald Trump, the continuing resolution would continue to fund DHS at FY 2018 levels until a longer-term deal is approved.

 

Part of the problem, Schultz explained, is the House and Senate bills are different – one fully funds the Polar Security Cutter, one provides no money for the program. Any long-term delay in approving FY 2019 spending could drive up the icebreaker’s cost and endanger the Coast Guard’s ability to patrol the polar regions.

 

“I think our program, our acquisition program for getting the Polar Security Cutter is better served by getting a budget sooner than later,” Schultz told USNI News after his speech. “I’m not a tea leaf reader. I don’t know what the calculus on the White House and the Hill is about you know, do we get a budget done under the current Republican Congress or do you roll that forward. That’s above my pay grade.”
