Meadows Furious After Clinton Foundation Whistleblowers Refuse to Turn Over to Congress 6,000 Pages of Evidence

The House Oversight Subcommittee on Government Operations held a hearing on Capitol Hill Thursday on the Clinton Foundation.

Mark Meadows (R-NC), the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Government Operations, led the hearing Thursday — special prosecutor John Huber was a NO-SHOW.

Congressman Meadows became angry with the two Clinton Foundation witnesses, Mr. Doyle and Mr. Moynihan, after they refused to hand over to the Committee the over 6,000 pages of evidence they gathered on the corrupt foundation.

Lawrence Doyle of DM Income Advisors and John Moynihan of JFM Associates told Meadows that they handed over the thousands of pages of evidence to the IRS and FBI but refused to give the Oversight Subcommittee the documents.

Moynihan and Doyle argued that according to their research, the Clinton Foundation was acting as a foreign agent, not a 501c3 non-profit organization yet never registered under FARA.

PAGING AG WHITAKER!

The witnesses also told the committee today they had to send their evidence to the Huber investigation THREE TIMES because they kept losing it.

Meadows lost his patience and became furious after Mr. Doyle and Mr. Moynihan refused to give him their documents.

“If you’re not going to share your information with this Committee, my patience is running out,” Meadows said giving the witnesses some time to consult with their lawyers — and they still refused.

“We will not be providing those materials…” Mr. Moynihan said to Meadows after talking to his legal counsel.

“We will compel you to bring all those documents to this Committee then…let me just tell you, this is a hearing to get to the truth and what you’re saying is that you’re all about the truth, Mr. Moynihan..if you’re all about the truth then why aren’t you willing to give us the documents?” Meadows said raising his voice.

So why did these two witnesses testify today if they weren’t going to give Meadows the 6,000 documents supporting their testimony?? Perhaps for a hefty financial reward…

The IRS and FBI cannot be trusted to take action and Huber has already proven to be virtually worthless!

Southwest Flight Turns Around After Human Heart Shockingly Found On Board

A Seattle flight bound for Dallas was forced to turn around for a shocking reason: someone left a human heart on board a Southwest Airlines plane.

As if it is was just a mishandled bag, the precious heart was kept on the connecting flight by mistake, instead of being taken out of the cargo hold in Seattle.

Southwest Airlines came out with a statement to address the incident. It said that the transplant organ on Flight 3606 as “a life-critical cargo shipment” was intended to stay in Seattle for delivery to a local hospital.

Local media Seattle Times reported that no hospital, however, owned up to the heart and no hospital admitted they were involved.

Passengers on board the flight were in shock when they were informed by the captain on the need to redirect the flight because of the heart left on the plane following a previous flight from Sacramento, California to Seattle. Still, they went beyond the shock factor and were happy to be able to help save a life with the heart left on the plane.

The organ was sent via Southwest Cargo. The airlines further said: ”We made the decision to return to Seattle as it was absolutely necessary to deliver the shipment to its destination in the Seattle area as quickly as possible.”

As if the situation at hand does not only constitute an emergency at hand, the flight also had an “unrelated mechanical issue.” The statement said: “We brought a different aircraft to continue the flight to Dallas, with an estimated delay of approximately five hours. Nothing is more important to us than the Safety of our Customers and the safe delivery of the precious cargo we transport every day.”

Of course, social media users won’t let the issue die without giving opinions. Some made light of the matter, one was witty enough to reference a song with lyrics saying the guy left his heart in San Francisco, while others expressed surprise that the airline was that negligent to leave a heart behind, short of calling for accountability.

Judge issues key decision on Trump's travel ban — here's what he ruled

A judge ruled that a lawsuit against President Donald Trump's travel ban on immigration from terrorist-stricken countries can continue, defying the president.

San Francisco Judge James Donato denied the request from the administration that he dismiss the lawsuit on the basis that visa decisions by the executive are beyond judicial review from the judiciary. Donato disagreed.

Department of Justice attorney August Flentje argued the case for the administration.

Trump often spoke about a ban on Muslims entering the country before he was elected, but after he won the presidency, the focus shifted to a travel ban on persons from terror-stricken countries which were defined during the Obama administration.

"The goal is not to indefinitely block people from coming to our country," explained a senior administration official in September 2017. "The goal is to protect Americans until foreign governments comply with our standards and no longer pose a risk to our people."

The ban has faced many legal challenges, and the administration has changed the substance of the order several times in order to thwart those challenges.

In December of 2017, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals struck down the ban on the basis that it was unconstitutional, and cited the statements from the president prior to the election to support their decision. They cited a promise from Trump to enforce a "total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States."

In June, the Supreme Court overturned that ruling and said the travel ban was constitutional. Justice Sotomayor wrote the dissenting opinion, wherein she accused her colleagues of "ignoring the facts, misconstruing our legal precedent, and turning a blind eye to the pain and suffering the Proclamation inflicts upon countless families and individuals, many of whom are United States citizens."

The president signed the original order on the travel ban on January 2017.

He blamed political correctness for the inability of government to implement a stronger travel ban and prevent terrorist attacks in the United States.

"The travel ban into the United States should be far larger, tougher and more specific-but stupidly, that would not be politically correct!" he tweeted.
