Here's a great collection of research on Vitamin D3…this old guy has done a superb job:

If he's that cool, you're in luck…doctors give injections with millions of IU of D3 to get levels up quickly, so a half mil is easy peasy.

If your vitamin D levels were that low, you would be in a lot of pain…and have a laundry list of other complications. Sadly most are deficient and western docs aren't up to speed on D3 research…just drugs, drugs, and moar drugs…til you die.

Nobody has a pharmaceutical deficiency, contrary to what our health care system would have us believe.

I was hiking daily in the Florida summer sun, shirtless most of the time and my D levels were tanked. So, yeah, somethings seriously jacked with our D systems. Maybe it's the sun, maybe something in the food…who knows? But I was getting more sun than a bricklayer and not 'making' vitamin D.

The highest occurrence of deficiency is in Florida, but I think it's because we have so many Q-tips that never go out…but back to my situation…maybe it doesn't matter.

You don't need all the hoops this Anon is jumping through to suggest a 'Q helper Anon' seeds the questions.

All you have to do is ask yourself, 'How much of a massive multi-year plan do you leave to chance?'…that's right, nothing. So Q and A is more like Q's Q, gets Q's A to advance the plan along a preplanned trajectory and seed information like a farmer. Getting the field ready for a the crop of redpillage and further awareness for the 'next' phase(s)..

It's complicated. Imagine having control of time. Optimal trajectories can be selected either by cherry picking or trial and error. How many times to you attempt a level in a game before mastering it and moving on. The character(s) have no idea about all the other whiffs.
