Every seven years (to 15 years) the scientists say, every single cell (with some exceptions) in our bodies are replaced. Perhaps the neurons themselves aren't replaced ever or the stomach lining may be replaced every few months - those are exceptions which have to be noted and thought about - but in large part the vast majority of the body, except some of the grey matter that can't get out is replaced within 20 years at the latest. Humans being that intelligent life created from the dust of the Earth, an Extraterrestrial Biological Entity which spends 20 years on Earth would likely have replaced virtually all of its cells with the dust of the Earth.
