Michael's book tour sold out its Toronto appearance in about an hour this morning.

Same venue that Bill/Hillary appeared to lots of empty seats a month or so ago. (Scotiabank Arena – same place as Maple Leafs/Raptors play… although they set it up in a smaller configuration, around 5,200 capacity.)
