I know Dave (praying medic) reads these boards. I have enjoyed your work and even linked it to a family member- though I was pretty concerned when I went to your website and saw you were selling 200$ "divine healing" skype calls. Q linked to you, and your videos seemed useful and professionally done for the most part so I tried to look past that. Then you post your recent set of tweets and video, making a claim about something Q never said nor confirmed, as if he HAD.

Q has never told any of us that the Q&A sessions are gaurunteed to be disinformation free. Firstly, the voice over not syncing up to the lips/facial structure at the end of the clip is a dead give away that it's edited. Coincidently, that edit is at the same time as the seeming aspiration of the kid, and can be explained as an old adobe after effects technique prominently used by the video game montage community circa 2007-2010.

The effect is likely built on the 'Twixtor' effect that is used to create a slow motion effect where the frame rate doesn't have enough frames per second to smoothly display over time. It does this by taking two key frames and then applying a motion blur effect in conjunction with creating multiple new frames from neighbouring key frames to give the effect of slow motion.

However, it has trouble when the background and foreground are not static, causing a ghosting/rippling effect around the moving parts, which can create weird transitional effects.

The two key frames they used in the news piece, the start keyframe being as she finishes talking, and the end keyframe, from another clip where she starts to smile, has this transition effect applied. Since the effect is a plug in, it applies the effect to the whole screen, meaning that where the kid appears is also 'Twixtor'd, blending an empty space into an occupied space with the kid.

Symbolism in the French Revolution

tricolore cockade

Cockades were widely worn by revolutionaries beginning in 1789. They now pinned the blue-and-red cockade of Paris onto the white cockade of the Ancien Régime - thus producing the original Tricolore cockade. Later, distinctive colours and styles of cockade would indicate the wearer's faction—although the meanings of the various styles were not entirely consistent, and varied somewhat by region and period.

The tricolore cockade was created in July 1789. White (the royal color) was added to nationalise an earlier blue and red design.

The tricolore flag is derived from the cockades used in the 1790s. These were circular rosette-like emblems attached to the hat. Camille Desmoulins asked his followers to wear green cockades on 12 July 1789. The Paris militia, formed on 13 July, adopted a blue and red cockade. Blue and red are the traditional colours of Paris, and they are used on the city's coat of arms. Cockades with various colour schemes were used during the storming of the Bastille on 14 July.[3] The blue and red cockade was presented to King Louis XVI at the Hôtel de Ville on 17 July. Lafayette argued for the addition of a white stripe to "nationalise" the design.[4] On 27 July, a tricolore cockade was adopted as part of the uniform of the National Guard, the national police force that succeeded the militia.[5]

The Society of Revolutionary Republican Women, a militant group on the far left, demanded a law in 1793 that would compel all women to wear the tricolore cockade to demonstrate their loyalty to the Republic. The law was passed but was violently opposed by other groups of women. The Jacobins in charge of the government decided that women had no place in public affairs, and disbanded all women's organizations in October 1793.[6]
