Strzok got very defensively angry during a public hearing where a republican Congressman started to ask questions about 302s. Flynn talked about crimes from people that they would not want to prosecute. like shady shit he saw working for the Obama admin. Essentially what ended up happening is that due to the prosecutorial misconduct of not filling out and filing a 302 within 72 hours of the interview results in the rest of the case dying.

Flynn should be pardoned bc he is not being called to account any bad actions he committed with malice — it's a consequence of not remembering or stating something in a different context. Even Comey said there was no indicia of lying when Flynn originally met with these folks…

Five Eyes spy agencies have an agreement to spy on each others population and share the mass surveillance data via a global search interface (X-Keyscore)

Circumventing national laws prohibiting mass spying against their own citizens. The largest criminal conspiracy in the world.

For #HillaryClinton, they roll out the red carpet and pave the yellow brick road to no consequence. Yet Flynn, someone who didn’t even indicate he was lying according to Comey, is facing serious consequences. I think the president could do right for justice by pardoning Flynn.

Did Flynn Lie? It's a different question from whether he should have been questioned, and whether he was treated fairly. My better late than never (I hope) weekend @NRO column -

Assume answer is yes. Question is: Pre-Mueller investigators had the evidence and apparently did not plan to charge Flynn. Post-Mueller, Flynn pleads guilty. What went on?

Yes, and the mystery of the 302 only adds to that question.

Mueller's rush to sentence Trump associates

https://news.yahoo.com/mueller-apos-rush-sentence-trump-184849050.html

…

But the curious thing comes with the speed at which Mueller’s team has rushed to sentencing. Papadopoulos has already been released from a two-week jail term and Cohen was handed just over three years for a number of finance charges – and lying to Congress – earlier this week. Flynn will be sentenced for lying to federal investigators in the next few days.

A prosecutor would normally leave those cooperating to last for sentencing, leaving the door open for possible testimony in court before any punishment is finalised. Indeed, Mueller has praised Flynn for his “valuable” help and Cohen as well. Meanwhile Cohen’s legal team have said more of what he knows about the president could come after Mueller’s report is finished.

>Waht gives?
