This is big. It opens the can of worms. Basically the judge involved in the Flynn case has a policy of enforcing the 'Brady act' or the proactive of having the State turn over all exculpatory information it might have against the defendant; that is, if they have any positive news on Flynn, they have to share it. Even deeper, they do not necessarily get to decide what is good or bad, they need to turn it ALL over to the defense. AND in this case the State = Special Counsel Mueller… so Flynn's lawyers now get full access to EVERYTHING the Mueller investigation has. Not checkmate yet, but worthy of something like rook captures queen. Check.
