Of course. He's a very bad actor, IMO. Some of them rock at this. Mueller, Sessions, Flynn, Omarosa even. Watch the video of Omarosa on The View when she played the tapes that were supposed to sink Trump. It's hilarious. Personally I think Rosenstein is either acting poorly, or he's really that big of a law-nerd and can't hide it. Hard to say.
