1st words from the Judge informed us he did not intend to accept the plea deal.
♦Flynn has a delay because he is going to testify at a trial that will/can NEVER happen
♦ Prosecution insinuated Flynn was equally guilty of the crime in which he will NEVER be testifying
♦ Prosecution will have to drop the case against the defendants in order to sentence Flynn
♦ The only charge left for Flynn at that time will be lying. He will no longer have FARA hanging over his head as a threat.
♦The Judge put the prosecution on notice that Flynn no longer acted as a foreign agent in 2016 thereby sealing the statute of limitations starting from that point.
♦once the Judge was pleased with himself he wished everyone a Happy Holiday and left the bench
