Judge Sullivan asked the attorneys representing Special Counsel what (((their))) predicate was to open the investigation on Flynn.
(((Their))) response: The Logan Act.
So, to imply that Judge Sullivan pulled TREASON out of thin air is a farce. SPECIAL COUNSEL STATED IN SULLIVAN'S COURT THE ACT AND TO BE GUILTY OF THE ACT CAN RESULT IN BEING GUILTY OF TREASON.
When Sullivan made his TREASON outburst it was SPECIAL COUNSEL that had to remind the judge that Flynn was no longer party to the purported relationship with Turkey by the time he took his place in the Trump administration.
So, to recap, the PREDICATE of SPECIAL COUNSEL to open the counter intelligence investigation on Flynn was admittedly anachronous.
Which brings us to why the judge was so upset. It was not Flynn but Judge Sullivan whose balls were firmly in the vice. If judge Sullivan accepts Flynn's guilty plea and it becomes apparent in time that the unredacted 302s and other summaries that are available to Sullivan (but not the public) prove that Sullivan KNEW FLYNN WAS INNOCENT then Sullivan would risk being caught up in the scandals that will come with DECLASSIFICATION and the Great Awakening.
I am not saying Sullivan, a Clinton appointee, is a follower or even a believer in the Great Awakening but I am implying that he is aware.
Judge Sullivan is scared and that is my predicate that the SWAMP knows what is coming.
