Judge S. at one point said that he would not accept a plea if he believed the defendant did not honestly plead guilty.
So, that also gave it away that the Judge was holding back - knowing his own skin was at stake.
(Most Judges, under ordinary circumstances, would never care about that? Quite the opposite, they would let it slide?)
