EX Navy SWCC fag here…. those boats are my boats! That's Navy SWCC (Special Boat Units / Special Warfare Combat Crewman) units. Very normal to do inter agency training with CG and local PD as we have helped in Drug interdiction operations. I wouldn't worry about this too much. Any more photos and I can douse out more meaning to what they were training on.
Now that's what I'm talking about!
