The Bible is God's love letter to mankind, and a guide to living a righteous life. Jesus said there are 2 commands: Love God, and love your neighbor. If you do those 2 things you fulfill the law.

The Bible tells us to do a lot of things, and if you are honest you know none of us can do it all. Saying someone is the devil or evil if we don't take in every orphan is just being argumentative, and may I say, being an asshat.

BTW, the Bible is very strict about borders and who comes into a nation so I would be doing wrong by taking in illegal migrants, besides it being stupid and dangerous to my well being. Also, ding-dong, Paul states that as followers of Christ we are to follow the laws of the land even if we disagree with the law, as long as that law does not lead to sin.

So, when you point fingers of accusation at someone remember you point 3 back at your own sorry self. And at least be a little more educated on the topic you use as a weapon.

That is all.

I used the taking in of orphans only as an example. If you re-read what I wrote that is obvious. I could have just as well used helping every widow as the example, or any number of things the Bible says is good and right to do for the Kingdom of God.

We each have different skill sets and natural talents and interests that help lead us in what we can do to promote the Kingdom of God.

See 1Tim 6:3-5. About people who have a sick interest in disputes and arguments over words; envy, quarreling, slander, evil suspicions, and constant disagreements.

Or maybe I just read you wrong, in which case, my bad. But if the shoe fits…

That is all.
