China buys US debt in the form of T-notes.
This allows us to continue to make our massive national debt payments without defaulting, while China holds US bonds. We pay massive interest to China on the bonds they hold, for the short-term cash they supply.
Next, the US through the State Department sends massive amounts of “Foreign aid” through the ((State Department)). [Reminder: As many CIA agents work in the State Department with official cover as “officially” work for the CIA]. So China receives the foreign aid (that they just loaned to the US at interest), and can do what they will with it.
Lastly, US pays interest on the money it borrowed ,from China to give back to China, to China. International banks profit and global wealth redistribution at its finest.

Chang asks Sam if he wants to borrow $10 at 3% interest. Sam is a financial manager for his client, Amerigo.
Sam says sure, then takes his $10 and gives it to Chang NOT AS LOAN repayment but as A GIFT.
A week later Chang says you owe me $10, plus $3 dollars interest from the loan.
-Cycle continues, Amerigo gets deeper and. Deeper into debt till he eventually can’t make any interest payments let alone pay any principal. Then Efraim comes in and buys Amerigo up for nothing. The end.
