>>4475190 (You) New filing in Carter Page v. Democratic National Committee: Response in Opposition to Motion (LB)

Carter Page v. Democratic National Committee

About halfway through reading now.

Posting two interesting screenshots

We now have the names of the FISC judges who approved the FISA warrants - if we didn't have those before (I don't remember seeing that).

New filing in Judicial Watch v. DOJ (Steele documents #FOIA): Stay

Documents 2/3 pictured here.

1) After 12/21, the appropriations for DoJ expired. The DoJ is no longer being funded.

2) DoJ attorneys and employees cannot work, except on very limited circumstances.

3) Counsel for DoJ requests a stay of briefing until Congress restores appropriations for DoJ. The DoJ's motion includes a Vaughn index that must be prepared by DoJ employees by 1/18/2018.

A Vaughn Index is a document prepared by agencies that are opposing the disclosure of information under FOIA.

This means the DoJ is preparing to oppose the Steele FISA disclosure sought by Judicial Watch.

Yep, this is a huge report and there are quite a few really important little details in here.

It's 49 pages, so trying to read over the law terms is a bear.
