So Al Waleed lets Bin Salman use his residence at the Mandalay Bay. King Salman was apparently also in Vegas, not sure if relevant. Paddock is told to show up with guns to use for assassination (unbeknownst to Paddock who likely thought it was a regular sale)

Why do I think POTUS had to be there? If the shooting was simply to cover an attempt on one Saudi royal by another, would there need to be such a large cover up by the US? Media would LOVE to blame SA for killing all those innocent people at the concert.
