Telos is an underground city below Mt. Shasta housing the remnants of Lemurian civilization. They are spiritually and technologically advanced and even have a small spacefleet of their own.

Why not facilitate disclosure using them first, and Pleiadians next? They are literally Earth-Humans (of another civilization though) living in USA.
