It's 3 AM Washington time.
The best way to quickly evaluate a YouTube channel is to look at the titles of their oldest videos. Here is X22 Report's (pic). It speaks for itself.
Obviously, the poster does sound very LEOy. He probably is one. And everything sounds basically right. The bit near the end about the CIA being retooled catches my attention. So I'm not sure what he means by "stop falling for the natsoc op".
I focused on the wait for declassification. I'm not losing faith; but I admit I'm getting a bit impatient/anxious/frustrated. Everyday I wake up and check the news, hoping to see a headline about declassified documents being released.
Finding it isn't that hard. just search for an exact phrase from the text:

Another curious post from the same poster on 4chan:
"The agency is hiring more than ever. Entire families. Married officers out perform every time at home or abroad. We need bodies. We're advertising everywhere for analysts. If you think you're so good at "digging" then apply. We're abroad now more than ever. Donald trump is the man we've been waiting for. Pompeo was the catalyst we needed. The people gave them to us, now we can do our job. This operation will be carried out clean and slowly well after trump. Nobody wants to do this forever. Mike wanted to retire after 2 years. All you want after this ordeal is to be with at home with your family. We need help. If not than pray for us. We pray for you every morning. Never since the 60's have we seen bowed heads in the office. "Q" is a deterrent."
The Democrats practice racism daily (they call it something different). Perhaps you'd be happier over there.
Six digits in an ID. 16^6 possibilities (~16.8million). Five location where any given two digit combo can appear. So a 5 in 16.8M chance (1 in ~3.36M) of a given ID containing a "17". Same for a "23". 2 in 3.36M (1 in ~1.68M) if we deem either to be significant. So the odds of two given IDs both being a hit are 1 in (1.67M)^2. This is indeed very unlikely: 1 in ~2.8 trillion.
The odds of an ID ending in dubbs is 1 in 16. The odds of another ID ending in the same 2 digits is 1 in 16x16=256. So the ods of them both ending in the same dubbs is 1 in 16x256=4096.
(Disclaimer: I'm not a mathematician. It's possible I fugged this all up.)
The odds of someone looking at a sufficiently large data set with no parameters for 'weirdness' and eventually finding something arbitrarily unlikely: 100%

Shit. No no no. That totally wrong. Nevermind.
1 in 256 chance that a given position can be a "17'. Five positions. 5 in 256 chance of an ID containing a "17", about 1.95%. Twice that for either a "17" or "23". That squared for both, (10/256)^2 = 0.0015. So 0.15% chance, or 1 in 655, of this rare happening.
That's not nearly as extraordinary.
I hope no one pays you. I wanna see what you got (if anything).
You are the kind of immigrant we need more of. Welcome.
You don't filter, do you?
