I am not sure the impeachment process will go through. We will have to see. I think the Mueller report will be the trigger event. Many of the cases being prosecuted up to now are being done very slowly or secretly under seal. Mueller's report is an active investigation. We do not comment on active investigations.
This all suddenly comes to a close with Mueller's report. The investigations are done and we move to prosecute on the evidence discovered. Those are the bulk of the 70,000+ sealed proceedings. These documents were declassified. They now come out from under seal, which is the current reason they are withheld, and prosecutors begin to move.
The hint of this was seen in the Flynn case. Mueller was filing everything as he should. It was under seal. When the matter no longer needed to be under seal, it was disclosed. The court also went from Article 3 to Article 1 administrative and the general public was dismissed for other matters to be discussed.
This whole thing comes into motion with Mueller's report. POTUS has been very blunt on Twitter, lately.
