If so, isn't there no real treatment besides anti-eplileptics to manage the symptoms?
Cancer is the media narrative. Why would Q phrase is as "REAL diagnosis" if it was just cancer? I don't think it's cancer. If she had to have her lung resectioned, the recovery period would have been much longer. Likewise, no sane doctor would claim "no evidence of disease" immediately after cancer surgery - especially Lung in a patient her age. Some time would have to pass and scans made. Finally, people like her have access to cancer cures. If it was cancer, she wouldn't still be sick and Q would not be predicting her demise. It's KJD / KURU / whatever you want to call it - we know how she got it. SICK!
Not overtly, but he did say "off label" drugs. Could be adrenocrome. Could also be fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine in a single syringe T.I.D.
IDK about Alzheimers. Other things seem more likely (the implication, at least as I'm inferring it, is that the disease has a salacious connotation)
STDs are all fully treatable/curable for someone like her.
