RBG has terminal pancreatic cancer with methastatis. She probably gets daily "teenager blood transfusions"
She's not cured. Not even Steve Jobs could survive pancreatic cancer. But being very old, cancer goes slower (on top of cabal - level therapies)
P.C. is usually silent until it gets diagnosed too late. IIRC RBG was "lucky" enough to get her cancer diagnosed at a very early stage, upon a routine check-up, years ago.
