They took all of the biased fake news organizations and added the viewers together to get the large number. They had Fox in there but completely left out Fox News Channel. They claim CBS led but Fox News Led and if they had included Fox News in the total it would have been over 37 mil people watched.
When you study ( and do the math ) these 2 articles you will see that Fox News viewers are ALL willing to listen to both sides and judge for themselves. The left had 1.2 mil viewers who were willing to listen to a response and others point of view about what the president said and unwilling to listen with their own ears. That is 3% of the total viewers.
