There's another way of looking at all the lobbyists and congress down at PR now.
Disaster relief funds can be used by Potus to build the wall. If congress can kill two birds with one stone and divert all the disaster relief funds to PR and organization's set up to help community's suffering from disasters, whereby they write checks to the politicians foundations and filter some of those funds their way and stop Potus from building the wall making sure no funds are left for the wall.
Bad sentence structure I know, but you get my point. Setting up organizations to receive disaster relief funds … bank accounts to wire the filtered money to, etc etc with the lobbyists helping to steer the money into special interest orgs makes sense too.
