THE TIMING OF THE PLAN DECRYPTED (version 5.0)

This week coming up is the last week of President Trump’s second year in office. The start date of his term was January 20 2017. Therefore January 20 represents an important marker for the years of POTUS.

According to Q post 88, line 16 “SA (1), US (2), Asia (3), EU (4).” each group of countries is assigned a year in which they would be purged for corruption. These operations would mostly be behind the scenes, but they would eventually culminate by the end of that year in the form of ‘mass’ arrests for corruption. Applying this theory to where we are now, this week of January 14-19 2019 represents the last possible window for arrests to occur to remain inside the “US (2)” year. The SA arrests came within the tenth month of “SA (1)”. We are currently at the absolute end of the twelfth month of “US (2)”.

“(1)” = January 20, 2017 - January 20, 2018

“(2)” = January 20, 2018 - January 20, 2019

“(3)” = January 20, 2019 - January 20, 2020

“(4)” = January 20, 2020 - January 20, 2021

REPORT: Anti-Brexit MPs Plot Coup to Stop UK Making Clean Break from EU

Remain-supporting backbench MPs are conspiring to upend Parliamentary protocol and seize control of Brexit from the Government in attempts to stop a WTO exit or even to prevent the UK from leaving the EU altogether, according to The Sunday Times.

A group of cross-party backbench, or non-Governmental, MPs are said to be tabling an amendment to change House of Commons rules so that backbenchers’ motions could precedence over Government business, according to sources speaking to the newspaper of record.

Downing Street is said to be concerned that that could result in laws being passed to stop the UK leaving the EU without a deal, a suspension of Article 50 (the process for leaving the EU), or even stop Brexit entirely.

Thousands of Los Angeles teachers plan to strike Monday — raising the possibility of a new wave of “educator spring” activity resurrected in the blue state of California.

The labor unrest in LA is reminiscent of statewide teacher walkouts last year in the red states of West Virginia, Kentucky, Oklahoma and Arizona that had teachers standing up to their state legislatures and governors — even though the battle in Los Angeles features a more traditional labor fight that pits the United Teachers Los Angeles union against district leaders.

The fight is being watched closely in California and elsewhere to see if it is a harbinger of similar teacher labor action in the rest of the state or the nation and whether it could help prod California lawmakers to dedicate more funds for K-12 schools. Newly inaugurated Gov. Gavin Newsom told reporters earlier this month that the magnitude of the issues in LA was “profound” — particularly given the size of the Los Angeles Unified School District — and that “the stresses that our teachers are facing are real.”

“There are pension pressures on our school districts, there are fixed costs on health care that are real,” Newsom said. “Even with the increase in per-pupil spending it’s just simply not enough to reduce these class sizes, and we’re going to have to do more.”

As in most other states where strikes have arisen, California has struggled to bring per-pupil spending back to pre-Great Recession levels, according to an analysis from the left-leaning Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.

Former Obama administration Education Secretary Arne Duncan has weighed in on behalf of the district. And Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) is siding with teachers.

Joseph Zeccola, a high school English teacher at a Los Angeles magnet school, said even though going on strike is a scary prospect, he's ready. He said watching other teachers walk off the job last year across the country helped give him “hope and confidence because the public is so behind teachers.”

Los Angeles Superintendent Austin Beutner said he agrees with the union about the need for more school staff, but said district leaders have a fiscal responsibility to keep the district solvent. Nearly all of the district’s funding comes from the state, he said.

"We want the same set of things. We’d like to have smaller class sizes. We’d like to have more nurses, counselors, librarians in our schools. So we want the same set of things," Beutner said. "But we have budget issues, very real budget issues.”

Beutner said a new budget proposal from Newsom, if approved by the state legislature, would improve the district's proposal to teachers. The district is ready to hire an additional 200 educators beyond the nearly 1,000 proposed earlier last week to bring down class sizes, as well as hire more nurses, librarians and counselors.

On Friday, he asked Newsom to get involved in the dispute.

“We need his help to resolve this. We do not want a strike. We ask for his help now to resolve this so that we can keep our schools open. We can keep kids safe and learning in school.”

Exclusive: PG&E talking to banks on multibillion dollar bankruptcy financing - sources

(Reuters) - PG&E Corp (PCG.N) is in discussions with investment banks about a multibillion-dollar financing package to help navigate bankruptcy proceedings, a sign that Chapter 11 filing preparations are intensifying in the wake of potentially staggering liabilities from deadly wildfires, sources said on Sunday.

The California utility owner is in touch with large banks about so-called debtor-in-possession financing that could total between $3 billion and $5 billion, though the exact figure remains in flux and could end up being higher, said the sources, who are familiar with the matter.

PG&E Corp declined to comment.

The company may alert employees as soon as Monday about its preparations for a potential bankruptcy filing in compliance with a state law about providing notice at least 15 days before such an event, one of the people said.

The plans have not been finalized and the communication could come later, the source said. Bloomberg first reported that the notice could come as soon as Monday.

Companies negotiate debtor-in-possession loans, often with existing lenders, when they are seriously considering bankruptcy protection so they can continue operations while working through court proceedings.

PG&E’s existing lenders include Citigroup Inc (C.N), JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM.N) and Bank of America Corp (BAC.N).

A bankruptcy filing is not assured, the sources said. PG&E’s discussions with banks about financing are in the early stages and part of contingency planning if other efforts to address woes from last year’s wildfire fail, they said.

A bankruptcy filing would represent a last resort if the company is unable to get government relief that would allow it to pass on liabilities to customers, a maneuver enacted into law to help the company grapple with 2017 fires, the sources added.

If it seeks bankruptcy protection, the new money could prove critical for PG&E, which spends roughly $6 billion annually serving millions of electric and natural gas customers in California.

PG&E, which carries a hefty debt load of more than $18 billion, is expected to soon disclose a large financial charge related to liabilities resulting from catastrophic November blazes. One, the Camp Fire, swept through the mountain community of Paradise and killed at least 86 people, the deadliest and most destructive blaze in state history.

PG&E faces widespread lawsuits from that fire and one in 2017. In November, the company warned it could face “significant liability” in excess of its insurance coverage it its equipment was found to have caused last year’s blazes.

Urging Gulf states to heal rift, U.S.'s Pompeo lands in Riyadh

DOHA/RIYADH (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said on Sunday that a rift between Qatar and its Gulf Arab neighbors had gone on for too long and was threatening regional unity needed to counter Iran.

Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and non-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member Egypt cut diplomatic, transport and trade ties with Qatar in June 2017, accusing it of supporting terrorism and their regional foe Shi’ite Muslim Iran - something Doha denies.

The United States, an ally of the six-nation Sunni Muslim GCC, sees the rift as a threat to efforts to contain Iran and has pushed for a united Gulf front.

“When we have a common challenge, disputes between countries with shared objectives are never helpful,” Pompeo, who is on a tour of the Middle East, told a news conference in the Qatari capital, Doha.

“They never permit you to have as robust a response to common adversaries or common challenges as you might,” he added.

Gas-rich Qatar says the boycott is aimed at undermining its sovereignty and it has started charting a course away from its Gulf neighbors, including forging new trade partnerships, strengthening ties with Turkey and quitting OPEC. Those moves have deepened expectations that the dispute will not be resolved quickly….

UK Police Threaten Public over ‘Islamophobic’ Tweets on FGM Awareness Day… Despite ZERO FGM Convictions

A UK police force has used the “Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation Day” to issue threats against Twitter users for “Islamaphobic” [sic] abuse.

The news comes as Breitbart London can reveal the Surrey Police have conducted no arrests for the practice of female genital mutilation (FGM) in the last 12 months, and no FGM-related arrests have led to convictions.

On Monday the police issued a tweet stating: “Tomorrow is International Day of Zero Tolerance for FGM. FGM is hugely under-reported and children are often fearful to report a crime committed by their family or community. Find your voice, let girls be girls and help fight against FGM #EndFGM“.

Supreme Court To Review Illegal Immigrant’s Gun Possession Conviction

The Supreme Court will decide whether an illegal alien from the United Arab Emirates was wrongfully convicted of unlawful possession of a firearm.

The case was occasioned in December 2015, when Hamid Mohamed Ahmed Ali Rehaif was arrested in Florida after renting a gun at a shooting range and purchasing ammunition. Federal law prohibits certain classes of people from possessing guns, including illegal aliens.

Rehaif is a citizen of the United Arab Emirates. He came to the United States in 2013 to attend the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), but was dismissed for academic reasons Jan. 21, 2015. His lawful immigration status terminated shortly thereafter on Feb. 23, 2015. Therefore, he was in the U.S. illegally when he rented the gun and procured ammunition.

At trial, the judge told the jury that “the [prosecution] is not required to prove that [Rehaif] knew that he was illegally or unlawfully in the United States.” The legal question the Supreme Court will decide is whether that instruction was correct.

Rehaif contends the government must prove he knowingly possessed a firearm and knowingly violated immigration law in order to secure a conviction. That point is important because Rehaif claims he did not know his immigration authorization expired after he left FIT. If Rehaif was not aware of his changed immigration status, his lawyers argue, he cannot be convicted for being an illegal alien in possession of a fire arm under the relevant law.

In court papers, Rehaif’s lawyers make much of two opinions Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote as a judge on the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that largely endorsed Rehaif’s reading of the statute. As such, Gorsuch is poised to play a significant role in the outcome of the case.

Gorsuch’s opinions notwithstanding, no federal appeals court has ever adopted Rehaif’s interpretation.

Roughly 5,000 defendants are convicted each year for being prohibited persons — like felons or illegal aliens — in possession of a gun, according to Rehaif’s petition.

Despite Rehaif’s objection to the jury instruction, he was convicted and sentenced to 18 months in prison. Thereafter, he was deported to the UAE.

The justices will likely hear Rehaif’s case in the spring. A decision will follow by June.

U.S.-backed Syrian force: Islamic State in its 'final moments'

QAMISHLI, Syria/BEIRUT (Reuters) - Islamic State militants are “living their final moments” in the last enclave they hold near the Iraqi border, where U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are attacking them, an SDF official said on Sunday.

A defeat of the jihadists in the enclave would wipe out Islamic State’s territorial foothold on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River.

A spokesman for the U.S.-led coalition said the SDF were making “great progress … but the fight continues”.

The SDF, a coalition of militias led by the Kurdish YPG, have driven Islamic State from a swathe of northern and eastern Syria with the help of the U.S.-led coalition over the last four years.

Mustafa Bali, head of the SDF media office, said its fighters had stepped up attacks in the last two days and taken control of the area between the Islamic State enclave and the Iraqi border, cutting an escape route.

“They are living their final moments and realize that this battle is the battle to eliminate them,” he said.

U.S. President Donald Trump last month announced he would withdraw U.S. forces from Syria, declaring they had succeeded in their mission to defeat Islamic State and were no longer needed.

Since then, U.S. officials have given mixed messages. On Friday, the U.S.-led coalition said it had started the pullout, but officials later said it involved only equipment, not troops.

Colonel Sean Ryan, the coalition spokesman, said: “The SDF is making great progress and continues to liberate more territory once held by ISIS (Islamic State), but the fight continues.

“The lasting defeat of ISIS is still the mission and they still present a very real threat to the long-term stability in this region, so it is not over yet.”…

Anons who wonder about the validity of posts like this should research the Disputation of Paris in 1240, also known as the trial of the Talmud. The church was represented by a highly respected former rabbi, Nicholas Donin, who had converted to Chrisitanity and knew the contents of the Talmud.

Most of the trial focused on allegations regarding Talmudic teachings on Jesus and Mary (although other topics were discussed). When Donin asked the rabbis present if the Talmud, in fact, taught Jesus Christ was burning in a cauldron of excrement in Gehenna, one rabbi responded, "there were many men named Jesus who claimed to be the messiah. The rabbis eventually went silent and refused to answer Donins allegations. The Talmud was deemed heretical and thousands of copies were burned. In the years following the trial, tens of thousands of jews converted to Christianity.
