Patriarch Kirill said that the collection of user data including "location, interests and fears" will make it possible for humans to be controlled by external forces.

One interesting tidbit (considering Laura Silsby actions with DR), Haiti's phone lines were down but the Israeli's were able to establish contact with the Israel Ambassador in DR, Amos Radian, who coordinated the Children's Village so swiftly. Ramos was instructed to proceed into Haiti. The Israel Embassy in the US (connection with US State Dept under Clinton???) was called on to coordinate the efforts with American aid offices- all to “help” the kids. (1)

Former Nissan Motor Co. Chairman Carlos Ghosn, who was indicted Friday on charges including aggravated breach of trust in violation of the Companies Law, has made clear his confrontational stance against prosecutors on charges that also include violation of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law by understating his executive remuneration in the company’s securities reports. Regarding the aggravated breach of trust charge, the special investigation squad of the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office attaches importance to a series of events including Ghosn transferring to Nissan in October 2008 a valuation loss of about ¥1.85 billion that he incurred through a personal investment, and then sending a total of $14.7 million (about ¥1.6 billion) to his acquaintance Khaled al-Juffali, a businessman in Saudi Arabia.

 

According to sources, the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission became aware that Ghosn transferred the valuation loss to Nissan after it conducted a periodic inspection of a bank with which Ghosn had a deal in around November or December 2008, just after Ghosn transferred the loss. The commission told the 59-year-old former head of Nissan’s secretarial office, who was an aide to Ghosn, that Ghosn could be held legally responsible.

 

Ghosn hurriedly tried to return the valuation loss, but the bank asked Ghosn to put up additional collateral of several billion yen. In the end, al-Juffali paid about ¥3 billion in guarantee fees on Ghosn’s behalf around February 2009, which enabled Ghosn to avoid putting up the additional collateral, the sources said. Four months later, Ghosn began sending him the ¥1.6 billion mentioned in the indictment.

 

A senior prosecutor said: “Ghosn was loathe to incur a loss through the investment, so he transferred the loss [to Nissan]. With that as a starting point, other acts followed one after another. It’s clear that he used Nissan for his own private purposes and inflicted loss on the company.”

 

On the other hand, Ghosn’s lawyers have insisted that an English expression stating there was no loss to the company in the minutes of a Nissan board of directors meeting to decide on the transfer of the valuation loss means that there was an agreement that Nissan would suffer no losses, and thus his acts do not constitute a crime.

Chris Stevens, along with CIA operatives Glenn Doherty and Tyrone Woods and Information Officer Sean Smith, were all killed.

 

The former law officer began by reminding readers that the Obama administration initially blew the attack off as a random incident caused by an anti-Muslim video.

 

It turns out that was not simply a lie but part of a much larger cover story. And the tragedy, Davis notes, had actually been set in motion by Hillary Clinton’s State Department and others within the intelligence community months earlier.

 

Davis recounted that on July 25, 2012, Taliban fighters in Afghanistan targeted a U.S. Army CH-47 “Chinook” helicopter with a “new generation Stinger missile.” The United States is the only country that manufactures those missiles.

 

Reports at the time claimed that the chopper was downed by a Russian-style RPG, but subsequent reporting by Kenneth Timmerman indicated that a new generation Stinger was used. But the Taliban fighters did not properly arm the missile so it failed to detonate and only managed to down the Chinook. The next day, a U.S. Army explosives ordnance team that examined the wreckage discovered unexploded pieces of missile that could only be a next-gen Stinger. The debris included an actual serial number.

 

Davis notes that the serial number on the missile fragment tracked back to a lot signed out by the CIA and turned over to Qatar the previous year — “weapons Hillary Clinton’s State Department intended for anti-Qadaffi forces in Libya through a contact of [late Sen.] John McCains named Mark Turi.”

Hillary Supporting Professor Who Drove Trump-Russia Bank Hoax to Spy on Trump Campaign Received Multi-Million Dollar Grant from Obama

 

This group was led by Indiana University professor and staunch Hillary supporter, Jean Camp. Professor Camp, according to Circa was a staunch Hillary supporter:

 

A respected computer scientist who raised concerns about a possible connection between President Trump and a Russian bank is an unabashed Hillary Clinton supporter who made multiple small donations to the Democrat’s presidential campaign around the time she and her colleagues surfaced the allegations.

 

Some techies uncovered that the the Trump Tower servers were bombarded with the same exact invalid look-up requests that use the words “trump” and “alfa” together, which were automatically placed in the servers’ log file. According to the New York Times, computer logs showed that two servers at Alfa Bank sent more than 2,700 “look-up” messages to the Trump servers.

 

At about the same time, the FBI received a complaint from “cyberexperts” about a possible Trump-Alfa Bank connection, which led the FBI to investigate into a Trump-Alfa Bank connection.

 

At about the same time that the FBI began its investigation, Christopher Steele began pushing the now debunked claim that Trump was connected to Alfa Bank. In mid-September Steele submitted his memos, and at least one of these included the Trump-Alfa Bank connection. Steele submitted these memos to the press and to the FBI.

 

We know that the FBI received a copy because at this time the FBI sought and received a FISA warrant related to Russia-linked bank, using the Steele dossier as evidence. This is the only plausible piece of evidence that the FBI could have used. Before this time, the FBI was turned down by the FISA court but on this occasion, a warrant was granted. (As McCabe said: The FISA warrants would not have been granted without the Steele dossier.)

 

The reason the FBI wasn’t able to find anything was because the claims were based entirely on “DNS logs,” digital records of when one server looks up how to contact another across the internet. A forensic examination conducted by Alfa Bank of the Alfa Bank computer revealed that the only communications that took place regarding “trump” were those logged requests coming from outside its servers noted by the New York Times above. No other communications were found as indicated in the forensic report related to this subject.

 

Alfa Bank contacted Professor Camp and demanded she hand over her emails related to the Trump – Alfa bank connection, but she would not. The bank’s position is that the professor is an employee of a public entity (Indiana University) but still Camp’s attorney’s have refused to comply. Alfa would like to know who all was involved in her sending requests to the bank’s and Trump’s servers and with reporting the incident as a fact that Trump and Alfa bank had a secret back channel to each other.

 

Per a review of Professor Camp’s activities at IU, it’s been uncovered that the Hillary-obsessed professor received a multi-million dollar grant from the Obama Administration in 2012. The shocker is that the professor received the grant in relation to her reported actions on ‘privacy and trust issues in technology”

WASHINGTON (AP) - The U.S. military says it has started pulling equipment, but not troops, out of Syria as a first step in meeting President Donald Trump's demand for a complete military withdrawal.

 

The announcement is fueling concern about how quickly the U.S. will abandon its Kurdish allies, amid contradictory statements recently by Trump administration officials on an exit timetable.

 

The withdrawal began with shipments of military equipment, U.S. defense officials said. But in coming weeks, the contingent of about 2,000 troops is expected to depart even as the White House says it will keep pressure on the Islamic State group. Once the troops are gone, the U.S. will have ended three years of organizing, arming, advising and providing air cover for Syrian, Kurdish and Arab fighters in an open-ended campaign devised by the Obama administration to deal the IS group a lasting defeat.

The fund-raising website said Friday that it would refund the $20.3 million raised by nearly 339,000 people to partially fund President Donald Trump’s $5.6 billion border wall.

 

Brian Kolfage, 37, who lives with his family in the Miramar Beach resort community of Sandestin, in the Panhandle’s Walton County, created the We the People Will Build the Wall GoFundMe page with the aim to raise $1 billion in mid-December.

 

He also said on the page that “100 percent” of the monies raised would be refunded if the $1 billion goal hadn’t been met or if it hadn’t “come significantly close.”

 

That’s part of the reason donors are getting refunds.

 

The bigger issue is that Air Force veteran Kolfage, a triple amputee who writes on his website that he lost both his legs and one arm during a Sept. 11, 2004, rocket attack on Balad Air Base in Iraq, has created a nonprofit corporation in Florida — We Build the Wall, Inc.”

 

That nonprofit wasn’t part of the original description of his GoFundMe campaign. Now refunds will be given unless donors specifically take steps to reroute their monetary gift to the corporation.

Some 30 Democratic lawmakers left the government shutdown behind Friday on a chartered flight to Puerto Rico for a winter retreat with 109 lobbyists and corporate executives during which they planned to see the hit Broadway show “Hamilton” and attend three parties including one with the show’s cast.

 

Those attending the Congressional Hispanic Caucus BOLD PAC winter retreat in San Juan planned to meet with key officials to discuss the cleanup after Hurricane Maria at a roundtable Saturday.

 

But the weekend is packed with free time for the members and their families on the trip.

 

“We are excited for you to join us for CHC BOLD PAC’s 2019 Winter Retreat in San Juan, Puerto Rico! Each year, this retreat serves as a way for our CHC BOLD PAC Members and friends in the D.C. community to come together to escape the cold and discuss our shared priorities for a stronger and more prosperous country,” said a memo on the trip.

 

Some 109 lobbyists and corporate executives are named in the memo, a rate of 3.6 lobbyists for every member. They include those from several big K Street firms, R.J. Reynolds, Facebook, Comcast, Amazon, PhRMA, Microsoft, Intel, Verizon, and unions like the National Education Association.

 

BOLD PAC, the political arm of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, chartered a 737 for members, their families, and chiefs of staff to attend the weekend. The memo said the weather will be a balmy 80 degrees. The dress code is "resort casual."

 

A spokesman would not identify the members, but Secrets obtained a list that included several congressional leaders. On the list was Speaker Nancy Pelosi, but an official in her office said that she did not make the trip.

 

Others listed were New Jersey Sen. Robert Menendez, Assistant Speaker Rep., Ben Ray Lujan, and Rep. Jerry Nadler.

 

“This year’s winter retreat promises to be our most widely attended yet with over 220 guests, including 39 Members of Congress and CHC BOLD PAC supporters expected to attend and participate!” said the planning memo.

 

The trip represented the largest congressional delegation to Puerto Rico since the September 2017 hurricane and members were to spend part of their time focused on that issue, according to the schedule.

 

In addition, their chartered jet carried 250 pounds of donated medical supplies.

 

But the junket comes at an awkward time, on the day 800,000 federal workers did not receive their first paycheck of the shutdown, with many worried about basic living expenses like food.

 

Bold PAC Chair Rep. Tony Cardenas said in a statement: "House Democrats voted to open the government multiple times; sadly, Senate Republicans and President Trump are continuing to put partisan politics ahead of our country, forcing the government to remain shut down. As our Bold PAC members make their way to Puerto Rico for this important weekend — the largest contingency of House Democrats to visit Puerto Rico where they'll be hearing from Commonwealth and local elected officials about the ongoing recovery efforts — we will be closely monitoring the situation in Washington. If there is any progress by Senate Republicans or the White House to reopen the federal government, then we will act accordingly."

 

He added: “This gathering was planned months before Trump decided to shut down the federal government for his unnecessary and costly border wall. US Investigating Boeing Satellite Sale To China-Backed Startup

 

The close relationship of Boeing (whose former employee Patrick Shanahan is now the acting Pentagon chief) with a Chinese government-backed satellite start up company has been the target of an SEC and Commerce Department investigation, according to the Wall Street Journal.

 

Global IP, based in Los Angeles, reportedly received a letter by the SEC requesting that the company retain all of its documents related to its work with Boeing as well as other entities, including China Orient Asset Management Company, a state owned Chinese lender. The letter says that the SEC believes that the company has "documents and data that are relevant to a matter under investigation". The letter was disclosed in a court filing on January 4 by one of Global IP's founders, Umar Javed. That filing was part of litigation against a group of defendants that includes a unit of China Orient.

 

China Orient was said to be providing financing to Global IP for the purchase of a satellite from Boeing. This is problematic because due to recent diplomatic… tensions shall we say, American companies are "effectively barred" from selling satellites to China.

Facebook rebuts Vietnam claims over alleged illegal content

Neuroendocrine cancers have better outcomes; at five years from diagnosis, 65% of those diagnosed are living, though survival varies considerably depending on the type of tumor.
