I honestly think we got lucky and God helped us out. Weiner at that point was already known to be a sleazy POS.

I agree, and I tell my wife and mother this quite often. My mother is a batshit lib and it drives her nuts but my wife tends to agree with the suggestion of a civics test.

I'm all for civics tests and ID for voter eligibility. We do it for people that want to become citizens but don't hold our own up to that standard.
