Not a Lawfag, just an opinion. All big criminals have lawyers. Even on retainer. The worst individuals in our country have a Constitutional right to a lawyer. So I can't see they get implicated by the clients they represent and vise-versa as per Cohen and Trump. Unless the Law firm was instructed to do something illegal by the client and they did. JMO

>>4871850 Only if proven they were aware, has to be some kind of documentation, not here say.

Like a secretary, she may have done all the filing etc. to contracts, but unless they can prove she actually read what she filed, and acted in some way with that info, she is exempt.

>>4872028 makes sense, but there has to be documentation, as you noted, over $10,000 they have to tell IRS….As with most retainer fees, there are usually receipts. One could assume if millions went to a lawyer, and no outcome of details of what the retainer was for, it could not possibly be considered as a retainer could it?.

>>4872082 generally a lawyer will have a base, like what he charges per hour…say $100.00 and has a minimum say 20 hours and retainers are usually negotiated on approx. hours lawyer thinks will take.. Something like that has to be reflected i would think. You just cant hand a million to a lawyer and say it's for future cases that might come up, that would be suspicious.

>>4872120 I agree, this is not just an American war we are in, we are fighting to Save the World. Like one Anon said, you must be under persecution from your own Gov. to seek asylum. If you found a sponsor, and a job here, you could come temporarily on a work visa.
