By what logic does "destroy negative literature" invalidate "live a positive life without unneccesary exposure to negative energies"?

It may be hard to imagine from your perspective, but me (baker) and "greershill" are two different people. Our only connection is that we both had positive contact experiences with good extraterrestrials from the Galactic Federation of Light.
