Thought process on Q's post #1413 « Guardian of the Pope [Personal] »

First, I thought this had something to do with Soros because he clearly looks like an ugly owl, and I also supposed his name actually stood for « Sea Of Rome Oculus Sinister », which would connect the Pope (Holy See/Sea of Rome) to the Owl (Oculus Sinister meaning Left-Eye).

Besides Soros owns The Guardian :

« The Guardian and its parent groups participate in Project Syndicate, established by George Soros, and intervened in 1995 to save the Mail & Guardian in South Africa. »

So I believed I had nailed that one.

But the problem with this idea was that I had left behind Q's [Personal] reference and he often says that everything he posts has meaning.

So I started another thought process. Looked up « personal guardian + Pope ». And found this :

« When Roman Catholic officials sit down and talk about the state of their church and its direction in the modern world, probably no name comes up more often after Pope John Paul II's than that of Cardinal Joseph A. Ratzinger, his personal guardian of doctrinal purity.

The reason for his power is not hard to find. Cardinal Ratzinger, inheritor of the mantle of the grand inquisitor of the Middle Ages, is the man in the Vatican with the power to punish – a power he wields increasingly against those in the church he deems are straying from the true – and orthodox – path.

"Ratzinger is powerful because he is the pope's enforcer," says one western theologian here who, like virtually all church officials interviewed on the subject, asked that his name not be used. »

Then I looked into Ratzinger – who's 92 by the way, so does that mean he's the Owl and something will happen to him soon ? I don't know – and found this :

« He was succeeded by Pope Francis on 13 March 2013, and he moved into the newly renovated monastery Mater Ecclesiae for his retirement on 2 May 2013. In his retirement, Benedict XVI has made occasional public appearances alongside Pope Francis. »

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pope_Benedict_XVI

Then I looked into the monastery :

« After his historic retirement in February of the following year, Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI moved into the monastery on 2 May 2013.[3] He lives there accompanied by a few assistants, with their domestic needs cared for by a small community of women belonging to a secular institute called Memores Domini, part of the Communion and Liberation movement. »

And :

« The building was erected between 1992 and 1994 in place of an administrative building of the Vatican police. »

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mater_Ecclesiae_Monastery

Looked up Memores Dominii in the news and found this article :

« Formigoni is a member of Memores Domini, a body of consecrated laity committed to lifelong celibacy, which is part of the broader Communion and Liberation movement. Four female members of Memores Domini staff Benedict XVI’s papal household. »

AND THEN BOOM !!! :

« To be sure, this isn’t the first time Communion and Liberation has been at the center of a media storm. In the mid-1970s, there was a brief flurry of speculation that it was actually a CIA front. »

And for the proverbial cherry on the cake, here's their logo :

They are also obvious connections between Soros and John Paul II via Poland if you look into the Solidarity movement.

Thanks !

Great info. Knew some facts but learned some new ones too.

I'll have a look at the other threads and see if I can add some of the stuff I found to them.
