It won't fly. It will get overturned by the Supreme Court if passed.
Banning a specific type of firearm (although problematic) is not the same as only allowing 1 box of ammo per month. Limiting ammo is INFRINGING on the right to keep and bear arms.
This has been tried by lefties in the past, and has failed every time.
